On Monday, President Trump ordered DoorDash to the Oval Office to highlight his ‘No Tax on Tips’ policy as part of the “One Big Beautiful Bill.”
DoorDash driver Sharon Simmons, AKA, “DoorDash Grandma” delivered McDonald’s to the Oval Office during the President’s surprise remarksto celebrate Simmons’ tax refund as a result of the bill.
On July 4th, 2025, President Trump made history by signing the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” delivering what many politicians have promised but never achieved: true tax relief for the middle class.
White House projections suggest a family of four could save between $10,000 and $13,300. A distributional analysis by the nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation estimates the bill provides over $600 billion in middle-class tax relief, with the largest proportional benefits going to households earning under $50,000.
This benefits approximately 4 million workers in jobs like waitressing, barbering, hairstyling, and taxi driving. Additionally, the bill increases income for more than 80 million hourly workers by up to $1,750 by eliminating income taxes on the overtime pay premium.
President Trump noted, “The reason for this is the fact that I heard you picked up an extra $11,000 that you didn’t think you’d get because the tax bill was so big, the refund was the biggest you’ve ever had, is that a correct statement?”
Simmons responded, “It definitely was. I saved over $11,000 by not having to claim.”
The President asked, “Was that surprising to you, actually?”
She replied, “It was very surprising.”

In July 2025, the grandmother of 10, who has completed more than 12,000 deliveries, testified before the House Ways and Means Committee at a field hearing in Las Vegas on pro-worker tax relief.
She shared how the policy (which includes Dashers and other delivery drivers) would let her keep hundreds to thousands of extra dollars annually from tips/earnings.
She said during the hearing,“That’s why I’m very excited that Congress took action to include Dashers and other independent contractors in the No Tax on Tips.”
“For someone like me, that means hundreds or potentially thousands of dollars that stay in my pocket every year.”
“I plan to use these tax savings to cover follow-up medical visits for my husband and to travel to Missouri to see my mom, my kids, and my grandchildren.”

Jackson Warne, the son of legendary Australian cricketer Shane Warne, joined 2WorldsPodcast to discuss his father’s untimely death at just 52 years old. Jackson claims that the fatal heart attack that killed his father in 2022 is likely linked to the COVID-19 vaccinations he says were mandatory for sports professionals.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Australian cricket legend, Shane Warne, died of a heart attack last March 4th, 2022, while on a ‘boys holiday’ at Koh Samui, Thailand.
Warne, 52, was found unresponsive in his hotel room by one of his friends, who tried to wake him up for dinner, and performed CPR for 20 minutes to revive Warne before the ambulance arrived, according to
Warne was rushed to Thai International Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:56 pm.
Jackson shared during the podcast, “I definitely think that it was involved. I don’t even think saying that is controversial anymore. Even if dad had underlying health issues, I think this brought it straight to the surface.”
“My first impression, as soon as I hung up the phone, I instantly blamed the government. I instantly blamed Covid and the vaccine.’
He continued, “He was forced to get them like everybody else. Dad wasn’t the only person.”
“When dad passed, he was probably the most famous Australian that people could go, ‘yep, that’s Covid,’ but I try not to think about it too much because all that does is fester into anger. That anger is not good for anybody.”
“If something comes out like this again, at least we’re more awake, at least we’re more aware. If dad had underlying health issues, maybe he was going to have a heart attack at 65, 70, but I think this just brought it all to the surface.”
Following Warne’s death, distinguished cardiologists Dr. Aseem Malhotra from the UK and Dr. Chris Neil (President, Australian Medical Professional Society) stepped forward to shed some light on the situation, asserting that his death was likely precipitated due to the Covid mRNA vaccine he had received around nine months prior to his death, Daily Sceptic reported.
Upon examining the post-mortem report of Warne, Dr. Malhotra and Dr. Neil discovered that the cricket legend suffered from coronary atherosclerosis, a form of heart disease. This finding paved the way for the doctors’ further investigation, which revealed a concerning link between the Covid mRNA vaccine and the rapid progression of coronary disease.
Consultant Cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra said via Daily Sceptic:
It’s quite unusual for former international sportsmen to suffer a sudden cardiac death at such a young age, 52. At the same time we also know Shane didn’t have the healthiest lifestyle in recent years, being both overweight and a smoker. It’s likely that some mild underlying furring of his arteries (as I’ve seen with my own patients and how my father died) rapidly progressed in the months after he received two doses of the Pfizer mRNA Covid vaccine.
Published research already reveals the plausible biological mechanism of this occurring through increasing coronary inflammation that can last for months after the vaccine has been administered.
Other data on adverse cardiac effects including heart attack is extensive, derived from randomised controlled trials, high qualityobservational data, pharmacovigilance reports, clinical data and autopsy data. The evidence for common and serious adverse cardiac effects from these jabs is overwhelming and I have no doubt that a major contributor to the excess deaths we are seeing around the world including in Australia is because of the Covid mRNA vaccines.
There needs to be an immediate suspension of their use worldwide pending an investigation to stop further people being harmed and dying unnecessarily.
Cardiologist and President of the Australian Medical Professionals’ Society, Dr. Christopher Neil said:
Having critically appraised the evidence, including adverse event data administered by our own Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), it is clear to me that the Covid vaccines can adversely affect the cardiovascular system in more ways than just myocarditis and pericarditis, as serious as they can be. Looking at the data, 20% of all notifications of heart attacks as suspected drug reactions ever reported to the TGA over 52 years have nominated a Covid vaccine as the suspected medicine. Most of these reports were made by doctors, so we know that many – including cardiologists – are concerned. Most were also mRNA vaccines, not AstraZeneca. Interestingly, the number of heart attacks reported in association with Covid vaccines in the past two years well exceeds the number for Vioxx, a drug previous removed internationally because of excess heart attack risk. These signals are a call for critical attention and we will be releasing a series of pharmacovigilance reports, starting with one on cardiovascular adverse events.
Airport CCTV footage appears to show Sundas Naqvi leaving the airport, casting doubt on her accusations of unlawful detention./Image: DHS
Anti-ICE advocates do anything and everything they can to try to paint law enforcement in a bad light, even peddle a false story.
Now, Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt is suing an Illinois woman and a politician for defamation after her story about being transferred to Schmidt’s jurisdiction in Wisconsin for an immigration hold has unraveled.
Illinois resident Sundas Naqvi, 28, a U.S.-born citizen, garnered national attention last month after she and five traveling companions returned to the U.S. on March 5 from a work trip.
Naqvi claims she was held by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at O’Hare International Airport for 30+ hours, and was then moved to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Broadview, Illinois, before finally being transferred to the Dodge County Jail in Wisconsin. She claims she was ultimately released without her belongings.
Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison affirmed her claims, telling WISN 12 News at the time, “They have been lying from the very start of this. I don’t think they want to own up to the fact that, once again, they have illegally detained an American citizen without due process.”
The story was used as an example to slander ICE with accusations of indiscriminately arresting Americans, and was amplified on social media.
Sundas (Sunny) Naqvi, a 28-year-old South Asian-origin #US citizen, was detained by the Department of Homeland Security for 43 hours over what her attorney believed was a “curious travel history”.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and CBP released photos and security footage showing Naqvi entering a secondary inspection at O’Hare and then leaving the area on her own shortly afterward.
DHS noted on X, “HERE ARE THE RECEIPTS: As we said Sunny Naqvi entered the CBP area at 10:21 am.”
“Surveillance footage from O’Hare CLEARLY shows her entering secondary inspection at 10:46 a.m., and leaving secondary to the public area at 11:42 a.m.”
“Her claims of spending 43 hours in DHS custody are FALSE.”
HERE ARE THE RECEIPTS:
As we said Sunny Naqvi entered the CBP area at 10:21 am.
Surveillance footage from O’Hare CLEARLY shows her entering secondary inspection at 10:46 a.m., and leaving secondary to the public area at 11:42 a.m.
Sunny Naqvi, arrived at O’Hare at 10:21 a.m. on March 5, 2026. CBP officers referred her to Secondary, for additional inspection based on law enforcement checks and conducted a baggage exam. Ms. Naqvi departed CBP within 90 minutes of… https://t.co/bzI2agd2FV
Sheriff Schmidt investigated Naqvi’s claims and uncovered that hotel records show she checked into the Hampton Inn & Suites in Rosemont, Illinois, near the airport, for the duration of the alleged detention.
Additionally, surveillance footage and other records place her in Wisconsin with an acquaintance (including shopping at a gas station), not in custody.
Sheriff Schmidt stated that she was never in Dodge County Sheriff’s custody, nor was she ever transported across state lines by authorities, and his office has compiled evidence that can be viewed here.
On April 10, 2026, Sheriff Schmidt filed a $1 million defamation lawsuit against Naqvi and Morrison in federal court, alleging they spread false claims that damaged his and the department’s reputation.
According to CBS News Schmidt stated, “I don’t have any charges here in Dodge County to bring against her. My only recourse is to make sure that the public knows that she can’t do this.”
In Bridgeview, Illinois, about 15 miles southwest of downtown Chicago, a special ceremony was held on Tuesday to unveil a new sign recognizing the area as ‘Little Palestine.’
The area has one of the largest Palestinian populations in the country.
During April, designated as Arab American Heritage Month, the Arab-American Business and Professional Association (ABPA) led efforts to make the name more visible. The signs cover a stretch of Harlem Avenue roughly from 79th to 113th Street.
Illinois state resolutions (including HJR46 for “Little Palestine Way” and others) and Cook County actions proclaimed April 7 as “Little Palestine Day” and recognized the area’s contributions.
ABPA’s “Little Palestine Project” aims to promote tourism, verify and highlight Arab-owned businesses, and position the area as an economic and cultural destination.
This is not a full renaming of Bridgeview, but an ‘honorary’ cultural/business district designation on a specific commercial corridor.
Patch reports that the legislation was passed in November 2025:
Legislation to designate a section of Harlem Avenue as “Little Palestine Way” passed the Illinois House last week, 76 to 33, honoring the economic and cultural contributions of Palestinian-Americans. The resolution now sits in the Illinois Senate, that is expected to vote on the measure as early as January.
HJR 0046 designates Harlem Avenue, from 79th Street to 111th Street, as “Little Palestine Way,” in honor of the countless contributions of the Palestinian-American community, that passes through the towns of Bridgeview, Burbank, Chicago Ridge, Palos Hills and Worth. The resolution was spearheaded by community leaders Sonia Khalil, Amani Siam and Dr. Sabha Abour, along with Rep. Lisa Davis (32nd District).
“My father, Samir Khalil, always believed that politics should serve the people, not divide them,” Khalil said. “Together with Miriam Zayed, they built the first Arab-American political organization to give our community a voice. That work taught me how important it is to build genuine relationships with leaders and neighbors alike. That’s how real change happens when leaders across the state support Little Palestinian Way.”
Watch:
From this day forward, you can no longer call it Bridgeview, Illinois. It is officially Little Palestine in the community’s eyes.
For more than 125 years, the Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne (also known as the Dominican Sisters of the Sick Poor) have cared for the poor and terminally ill, particularly those with cancer.
Rosary Hill Home, which ministers to the most vulnerable in society, is a 42-bed, licensed hospice and skilled nursing facility in Hawthorne, New York. The sisters do not take insurance, government funds, or payments from patients or families. The care is free to those who need it.
But radical New York Governor Kathy Hochul and her administration want to put woke ideology above caring for those in need, forcing the Sisters to sue.
At issue is the LGBTQ Long-Term Care Facility Residents’ Bill of Rights (codified in Public Health Law § 2803-c-2) and enacted in 2024. The law applies to nursing homes and long-term care facilities, including religious ones, and requires facilities to:
Assign rooms based on a resident’s self-identified gender identity (not biological sex), even if a roommate objects.
Allow residents to use bathrooms and facilities consistent with their gender identity.
Use residents’ preferred names and pronouns (including when the resident is not present).
Provide “cultural competency training” on gender identity and diverse sexual orientations/expressions.
Permit consensual sexual relationships among residents without restriction based on the facility’s moral or religious views.
The state Department of Health has sent warning letters to facilities, including Rosary Hill Home, about potential violations, such as segregating rooms or bathrooms by biological sex or failing to use preferred pronouns.
Failure to comply could garner fines of up to $2,000 for a first offense, $5,000 for subsequent ones, or $10,000 for willful violations. Further punitive action could include loss of license, injunctions, or even jail time for repeated willful violations.
The Sisters are suing Hochul, saying the law forces them to choose between their faith and their mission.
“We are consecrated religious Sisters and have one mission,” Mother Marie Edward, O.P., told Fox News Digital in a statement. “It is to provide comfort and skilled care to persons dying of cancer who cannot afford nursing care. We do not take insurance or government funds or money from our patients or families. The care is totally free.”
“We are supported by the goodness of our benefactors,” she continued. “We do this without discriminating on the basis of race, religion, or sex. We do it because Jesus taught us that, when the least among us are sick, we should care for them, as if they were Christ himself.”
*******
Edward told Fox News Digital that “New York’s gender ideology mandates not only violate our Catholic values, they threaten our existence with fines, injunctions, license revocation, and even jail time. This is why we were forced to go to court to seek protection of our religious exercise and freedom of speech so that we can continue our ministry to the poor.”
New York Requires Nuns Serving Dying Cancer Patients to Use Gender Ideology
For over 125 years, the Dominican Sisters located in Hawthorne,New York have provided comfort and nursing care for patients who are poor and suffering from incurable cancer. But if they do not comply with the State’s transgender mandate, the sisters face fines, court orders, potential loss of licensing, and jail time.
The New York State Department of Health sent the first in a series of “Dear Administrator”letters to the Hawthorne Dominicans’ 42-bed facility Rosary Hill Home on March 18, 2024. These letters listed the state’s demands and were accompanied by a
training curriculum requiring the sisters to align patient care and the training of their sisters and employees with the State’s gender ideology.
Mother Marie Edward, General Superior of the Hawthorne Dominicans, said that the first reaction was disappointment. “We Sisters have taken care of patients from all walks of life, ideologies, and faiths. We treat each patient with dignity and Christian charity. We have never had complaints. We cannot implement New York’s mandate without violating our Catholic faith,” she explained.
The New York gender ideology mandate requires Rosary Hill Home and other long-term care facilities to house biological men in women’s rooms even over the opposition of a female roommate, to permit residents and their visitors of one sex to access bathrooms set aside for those of the opposite sex, to use false pronouns, to use language and “create communities” affirming patients’ sexual preferences, and to accommodate patients desire for extramarital sexual relations. Long-term care facilities are also required to ensure that their staff members are trained in “cultural competency” informed by the State’s gender ideology.
The Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne and Rosary Hill Home are members of the Catholic Benefits Association (CBA). They have, through legal counsel provided to them by the CBA, asked the New York State Department of Health for an exemption from these mandates because they infringe upon their Catholic values, burden their exercise of religion, and compromise their free speech rights.
After waiting two weeks and not receiving a response from the State to their exemption request, the Hawthorne Dominicans filed a lawsuit on April 6, 2026, in federal court to protect their religious freedom and their ministry to the sick poor.
Martin Nussbaum of the First & Fourteenth law firm and counsel for the Sisters, said,“this was especially disappointing because New York’s law provides religious exemption for long-term care facilities affiliated with the Christian Science Church but not for similar Catholic facilities. The Sisters were left with no choice but to file suit in federal court, and the Catholic Benefits Association has helped them do that.”
Sister Stella Mary, O.P., Administrator of Rosary Hill Home commented, “our foundress, Mother Alphonsa Hawthorne, charged us to serve those who are ‘to pass from one life to another’ and to ‘make them as comfortable and happy as if their own people had kept them and put them into the very best bedroom.’ We intend to continue honoring this sacred obligation but need relief from the Court to do so.”

“Living in the United States we’re constantly inundated with negative messaging and propaganda about places like Iran and how evil they are… I live in New York City and the roads are terrible, we have potholes… we have crumbling bridges, crumbling infrastructure, no public services,” she said in the footage.

Pro-Hamas student activist Mahmoud Khalil was previously leading anti-Israel protests at Columbia University.
In January, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Department of Homeland Security affirmed that far-left Mahmoud Khalil, the radical Islamist who has been stirring up anti-American chaos on U.S. college campuses, will be deported to Algeria.
Although Khalil has fought the move in court for months, arguing that deportation would somehow violate constitutional protections for permanent residents, an immigration appeals board has now denied his latest bid to dismiss his deportation case.
In June 2025, following his March 2025 arrest, a federal judge in New Jersey ruled his detention unconstitutional and ordered his release on bail.
A federal appeals court (3rd Circuit) reversed the New Jersey judge’s release order on jurisdictional grounds, moving the case primarily into the immigration court system.
In September 2025, an immigration judge in Louisiana finally ordered his deportation.
The order, issued by Judge Jamee Comans, demanded that Khalil, a legal permanent resident with deep ties to Palestinian extremism, be shipped back to either Syria or Algeria for lying on his green card application by hiding his shady past employment and affiliations with questionable organizations.
On Thursday, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) issued a final order of removal after denying his appeal.
An immigration appeals board has denied Mahmoud Khalil’s latest bid to dismiss his deportation case, a largely expected ruling that brings the former Columbia University graduate student and Palestinian activist one step closer to re-arrest and possible expulsion.
The Board of Immigration Appeals issued the final order of removal on Thursday, according to Khalil’s lawyers. The board’s rulings are not public, and an inquiry to the U.S. Department of Justice was not immediately returned.

After maple sugar workers called U.S. Customs and Border Protection to report unusual activity on the Golden Road, four ‘British hikers’ were arrested in April after entering the US illegally from Canada into Maine.
According to Newsweek, an affidavit submitted by Border Patrol Agent Scott Hanton says the incident came to the attention of CBP after two maple sugar workers reported seeing four men walking south along the Golden Road, an unpaved logging road, toward the U.S. border near the St. Zacharie Port of Entry.
Border Patrol agents started driving the Golden Road about an hour later and saw fresh footprints in the soft dirt, the affidavit said. The agents then found four men trying to hide in vegetation alongside the road.
The men were arrested and taken to the Border Patrol station in Jackman, the affidavit said. All four men said they were unaware they were in the United States and two said that they were on a hike.
Another agent followed the foot prints and discovered the men walked through the woods within a few hundred yards of the border crossing, the affidavit said.
The four men, Ali Mohammed Ali Abdullah, Hameed Mohammed Nagi, Ibrahim Ayyub Khan, and Mohammed Sultan Saleh, were charged with entry without inspection. pleaded guilty and are currently being held without bail.
They all pleaded not guilty on Tuesday and are held without bail. They are citizens of the United Kingdom, according to court records.
In the affidavit, reviewed by Newsweek, the men initially claimed they were ‘on a hike’ and unaware that they had entered the U.S.
That claim was quickly dispelled after a GoPro camera was discovered in their possession with video detailing their trek.
In the video, one of the men is heard saying, “I can confirm you are now on U.S. soil.”
According to an affidavit, another man asked, “I’m on U.S. soil?”
In response, he was told, “We just made it, baby.”
In a desperate effort to drive a wedge between Catholics and the Trump administration, the fake news circulated a story implying that the Department of War (DOW) threatened the Vatican.
According to the initial report in The Free Press and amplified by outlets such as The Daily Beast, Catholic blogs, and social media, the incident allegedly occurred during a closed-door meeting on January 22, 2026, at the Pentagon.
The report claims that Under Secretary of War for Policy Elbridge Colby (a Catholic and a Trump administration official) and colleagues supposedly summoned the then-Vatican apostolic nuncio/ambassador to the U.S., Cardinal Christophe Pierre, and delivered a “bitter lecture.”
One official reportedly invoked the Avignon Papacy (a 14th-century historical episode where French kings exerted military/political control over the Pope), which some interpreted as a veiled threat of force or pressure against the Holy See.
The Vatican, however, formally debunked the story.
Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni flatly denied the report in a statement Friday, saying that “As confirmed by His Eminence Christophe Pierre…his meeting with Mr. Elbridge Andrew Colby was part of the papal representative’s regular mission and provided the opportunity for an exchange of views on matters of mutual interest.”
“The narrative offered by some media outlets about this meeting is completely untrue,” Bruni said.
The Vatican nunciature in Washington had previously distributed a statement to the press also denying the portrayal of the meeting, confirming the Jan. 22 meeting at the Pentagon to discuss “current affairs,” but characterizing the interaction as “routine.”
“The Apostolic Nunciature is grateful for the opportunities to meet and dialogue with government officials and others in Washington to discuss areas of mutual concern,” the nunciature said.
“As confirmed by His Excellency Christophe Pierre, former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, his meeting with Mr. Elbridge Andrew Colby was part of the Pontifical Representative’s regular mission and provided an opportunity for an exchange of views on matters of mutual interest. The narrative presented by certain media outlets regarding this meeting does not correspond to the truth at all.”

Michigan Democrat U.S. Senate Candidate Abdul El Sayed DEFENDS Hasan Piker for saying “America deserved 9/11” and “it doesn’t matter” if rapes happened on October 7th.
The New York Times published a lengthy report after a two-month-long investigation into the sexual violence and brutality Israeli women faced at the hands of Hamas terrorists. The report culminated from interviews with 150 people, including witnesses, medical personnel, soldiers, and rape counselors.
Piker also boasted during a podcast that his favorite overall flag is ‘Hezbollah’s.’

Hezbollah was designated a terrorist organization by the U.S.in 1997 and is responsible for the 1983 Beirut bombings (U.S. Embassy and Marine barracks), hijackings, and attacks on targets abroad.
Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld slammed El-Sayed’s association with Piker.
Gutfeld said, “Progressive Democrat Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed inviting Hasan Piker to a rally yesterday, refusing to condemn any of Piker’s pathetic beliefs.”
Gutfeld then played a clip of El-Sayed being asked about Piker, “Are there any views that Hasan holds that you disavow?”
El-Sayed responded, “I’m not here to disavow people’s views. This whole gotcha game, platform policing, cancel culture, I thought we were over it.”
Gutfeld responded to the clip, “So Dana, I think what gets me, gets my goat, since we’re talking about Hasan Piker, here’s the party that decries toxic masculinity, and they put up a guy who denies the rapes on October 7th, which is basically just a horrible thing to say.”
“Anybody who knows about October 7th knows what happened there. And he’s a scumbag. How can the Democrat Party coddle that?
Fox host Dana Perino added, “I think it’s almost worse than that because he doesn’t just deny it. He says it doesn’t matter.”
“Like, who cares? It doesn’t matter. That’s just the cost of war. Too bad, too bad, ladies.”

Fox wrote on his Threads account, “How do you react when you turn on the TV and CNN is reporting your death?”
“Do you…A) switch to MNSBC, or whatever they are calling themselves these days, (B) Pour scolding hot water on your lap, if it hurts your fine, (C) Call your wife, hopefully she’s concerned but reassuring, (D) Relax, they do this once every year, (E) Ask yourself wtf ?”
“I thought the world was ending, but apparently it’s just me and I’m ok. Love, Mike.”
A spokesperson for the network told Entertainment Weekly, “The package was published in error; we have removed it from our platforms and send our apologies to Michael J. Fox and his family.”

The video in question showed viewers clips of Fox’s work over the years, as well as interview excerpts.
“He came into our living rooms on the small screen each week as Alex P. Keaton [on Family Ties] and eventually onto the big screen as Marty McFly in [Back to the Future],” the narrator said. “But Michael J. Fox had a compelling third act as Parkinson’s sufferer and stem cell research advocate.”
In 2025, Fox received the Presidential Medal of Freedom primarily for his decades of advocacy and work through The Michael J. Fox Foundation to advance Parkinson’s disease research.
He is married to actress Tracy Pollan, who he met on the set of Family Ties.
They were married in 1988 and have been since having four children: one son and three daughters.

Another illegal truck driver has been arrested following the death of a Maryland father in a fatal vehicle accident.
Dawood Hussain, an illegal Pakistani alien, was charged with felony vehicular homicide after driving his tractor-trailer the wrong way on a Pennsylvania highway in October 2023.
Hussain crashed into the vehicle of Hendry Tamarez Nunez, a Maryland resident and father of two.
According to police reports and security camera footage, he took the wrong exit (using an off-ramp instead of an on-ramp), ignored a “wrong way” sign and a one-way indicator, and drove northbound in the southbound lanes at about 44 mph. His truck collided head-on with the vehicle driven by Nunez.
On March 13, 2026, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested him during a scheduled interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Virginia. USCIS had identified his pending criminal charges through screening and flagged him as a public safety threat. He remains in custody pending trial.
USCIS notes, “Rigorous screening and vetting process identified Hussain’s criminal charges and flagged him as a public safety threat. Officers promptly alerted Immigration and Customs Enforcement of Hussain’s scheduled interview at USCIS’ Arlington, Virginia, office. ICE arrested him without incident, and he will remain in custody pending trial.”
USCIS spokesman Matthew J. Tragesser shared, “Illegal aliens should not be operating 80,000-pound tractor-trailers on American roads.”
“This tragedy, like many others, was completely preventable. Under President Trump’s leadership, USCIS remains committed to safeguarding our communities by helping to ensure dangerous illegal aliens are removed from our country, as well as supporting the president’s call for even tougher measures to prevent future truck tragedies.”
USDOT Secretary Sean Duffy has made removing dangerous, unqualified drivers a priority, focused on safety first, no CDLs for those in the country illegally or unable to meet basic qualifications (English, training, immigration status verification), and holding states accountable with funding consequences if they don’t comply.
Safety experts estimate that as many as 130,000 illegal-alien truck drivers may be operating in the United States, with tens of thousands believed to have obtained licenses through illegitimate means.
The Gateway Pundit has reported on the deadly consequences of illegal alien truckers.
Bekzhan Beishekeev, a 30-year-old illegal alien from Kyrgyzstan who entered the US on Joe Biden’s open border invitation in December 2023, killed four Americans. The Amish victims were identified as 50-year-old Henry Eicher, 25-year-old Menno Eicher, 19-year-old Paul Eicher, and 23-year-old Simon Girod.
25-year-old Kamalpreet Singh killed a 29-year-old man on the morning of December 11 after he crushed the victim’s vehicle between two trucks while driving northbound on SR 167. Singh first illegally entered the US in Lukeville, Arizona, in December 2023 and was released by Biden’s border patrol.
On November 24, 2025, Rajinder Kumar, a criminal illegal alien from India, jackknifed his semi-truck and trailer, blocking both lanes of U.S. Highway 20. A Subaru Outback collided with the semi-truck, tragically killing both the driver, William Micah Carter, and passenger, Jennifer Lynn Lower.

On March 13, 2025, a 17-vehicle pileup occurred in a construction zone on Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas, killing five people, including an infant and a four-year-old child, and hospitalizing eleven others. The driver, Solomun Weldekeal Araya, a 37-year-old Ethiopian national on a work visa, was hauling freight for Amazon.
In May of 2025, in Thomasville, Alabama, a loaded semi-truck struck four vehicles stopped at a red light at highway speed, killing two people and injuring four others. The driver, Andrii Dmyterko, a 45-year-old Ukrainian national on a work visa, was on his third day on the job. Authorities reported that neither the driver nor his passenger spoke English and communicated only in Russian.
