Four violent D.C.-area youths had the tables turned on them after trying to rob a Marine veteran of his vehicle.
As FOX 5 DC reported, an Oxen Hill, Maryland man named Jheyco Borda was operating on his vehicle near Oxon Hill High School around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday when four teenagers sauntered up to him on the sidewalk.
Oxon Hill is a suburb in Maryland located just southeast of D.C.
Video shared by FOX 5 DC next shows the youths cornering Borda at the bed of his truck. One youth wearing a red, white, and blue sweatshirt then pulls out a pistol and points it at the veteran’s head, demanding his car keys and phone.
But Borda remembers his Marine training. He flips the tables on the armed thug and takes advantage of a momentary lapse from his tormentor.
He bravely grabs the suspect holding the gun and wrestles him for the weapon.
Fearing for their own safety and freedom, two of the other youths dash down the residential street, while another nervously walks aimlessly around the vehicle.
Borda’s brother later runs out of the house to help his sibling with the first youth. While a gunshot rang out, nobody was struck.
Borda’s brother then targets the second remaining thung. Both brothers soon successfully subdued them until Prince George’s County police arrived.

All four suspects were then taken into custody and remain in jail.
Borda spoke with FOX 5 DC following the incident and credited his Marine Corps hand-to-hand combat training for allowing him to escape danger.
“Once a Marine, always a Marine,” Borda said. “It took me just one split second. We went to training for the Marines, and that came out right at the moment.”

A veteran actor known with a successful five-decade career, which includes Hollywood blockbusters, was savagely murdered this week in what appears to be a personal attack.
Per multiple reports, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) responded to a residence in the 19200 block of Erwin Street on Wednesday morning after receiving a horrifying 911 call.
“I am the son of man, I just killed the man of sin,” the person said to the LAPD.
When police arrived, they found 81-year-old James Handy unconscious in the front yard of a home with multiple stab wounds.
He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
LAPD later identified the suspect as 44-year-old Michael Gledhill of Tarzana. Investigators say that Gledhill flagged down officers as they arrived and told them he was the person they were looking for.
Cops revealed that Gledhill lived at the residence with his mother, who was Handy’s girlfriend.
Police arrested and charged Gledhill with murder. His bail is currently set at $2 million.
Surveillance footage from the scene captured Gledhill calmly walking away before returning with the police. Quite harrowing.

The LAPD has not uncovered a motive for the killing at this time.
Detectives, though, “believe this is an isolated incident, and there appears to be no danger to the public.”
Handy had a decorated career lasting over five decades in Hollywood, beginning in the 1970s. According to IMDB, he had nearly 150 acting credits.
His most recent role was in the 2022 Hollywood blockbuster “Top Gun: Maverick”, where he played a bartender. He also played an exterminator in the 1995 film “Jumanji.”
The New York Post notes that other roles for Handy included “The West Wing,” “9-1-1,” “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “CSI: NY,” “The Young and the Restless,” “Castle,” “Criminal Minds,” “Cold Case,” “Without a Trace,” “ER,” “The X-Files” and “Mulaney.”
The Senate campaign of Graham Platner is now almost certainly kaput, as several women have come forward with stunning abuse revelations, shocking behavior from him, and more disgusting remarks while they dated.
The New York Times dropped the bombshell of the 2026 election cycle on Tuesday with separate claims from former lovers of Platner who independently say he engaged in predatory behavior.
Interestingly, Platner invited these allegations after several news reports confirmed he had sent sexual messages to women while married. Platner reached out to several of his exes to ask whether they would say he may have been a bad boyfriend but otherwise a good guy.
While some of the women told Platner what he wanted to hear, three offered a more sinister picture after the New York Times reached out.
In extensive conversations over the past two months, three other women who had been romantically involved with Mr. Platner offered a far more complicated assessment, describing volatile and “toxic” relationships that were unsettling and at times emotionally wrenching.
Mr. Platner could be charming and charismatic, they recalled in interviews, but also demeaning to women and, in at least one case, even physically threatening. He drank heavily and was regularly unfaithful.
40-year-old Lyndsey Fifield, a Virginia conservative who dated Platner between 2013 and 2015, called him “cavalierly contemptuous of women’s emotions, of our ‘weakness.’
She added that Platner “reminded me of just how much he hated women.”
41-year-old Jenny Racicot, a Maine Democrat who dated Platner between 2019 and 2021, said that his sexist Reddit posts about women were not sh*tposting, but true to his character.
“When I saw the old comments that he made online,” she said, “I recognized a version of him that I had experiences with.”
A third woman, also from Maine, had a long-distance relationship with Mr. Platner on and off for years, as recently as 2016. She said she was “collateral damage to the world that is his.”
But the most volatile relationship Platner had was with Fifield. This included him making some incredibly disturbing comments right in front of her.
The most shocking comment that Fifield recalled Platner saying? “I would r*pe them to show them that I’m dominant.
He had what she described as a “warrior ethos” and would fantasize about killing people he deemed a threat, she said. She said he told her that r*pe was about power.
It was something that stuck with her through the years, Ms. Fifield said.
“He said this a lot: If anybody ever broke in here, I would r*pe them,” she recalled, saying that he added that it would not be in “a sexual way, not in a gay way.”
“He was like, I would r*pe them to show them that I’m dominant,” she said.
Fifield also recalled that Platner engaged in studious behavior. This included him keeping an AR-15 lying around his apartment on Capitol Hill and sharpening an ax while watching television.
Fifield added that Platner was not only fully aware but proud of his Nazi tattoo, calling it “my Totenkopf”, which is also reported by Politico. He also described women as “hatchet wounds.”
Fifield further confirmed that Platner had a serious drinking problem and was abusive toward her. This left her scared.
Such abusive actions included grabbing her by the shoulders, twisting her arm behind her back, and essentially imprisoning her inside a bedroom.
She said he regularly grabbed her by the shoulders — sometimes hard enough to leave marks — and, on one occasion, yanked her out of a cab by her wrist after an argument when she wanted to stay in the car.
During one argument, she recalled, he twisted her arm behind her back, shoved her into a bedroom, and held the door closed from the other side so she couldn’t get out, telling her to remain there until she was “calm.”
Eventually, Ms. Fifield said, she fell asleep and left the next morning.
“It hurt,” she said.
In response to the allegations, Platner said that he “too often self-medicated with alcohol, and was a far from perfect boyfriend.”
He added that this all occurred during what he described as a “very dark period of my life.”

The heartbreaking final words of a promising Texas teen who was brutally murdered last year by an unhinged thug have been revealed.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, promising 17-year-old track star Austin Metcalf was brutally stabbed to death in April 2025 during a championship track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
Metcalf, a junior at Frisco Memorial High School, was attacked in broad daylight by then-17-year-old (now 19) Karmelo Anthony of rival school Frisco Centennial after the youth became upset about being told he was in the wrong place.
For some reason, Anthony decided to sit under Metcalf’s school tent before being asked to leave.
Police noted Anthony’s chilling final words to Metcalf before he finally stabbed the Frisco Memorial High School junior: “Touch me and see what happens.” Essentially, a death threat.
And when a police officer arrested Anthony shortly after calling him an “alleged suspect,” he admitted: “I’m not alleged, I did it.”
Anthony and his team claim he acted in self-defense, but there is no evidence to support their claim.
Now, we know what Metcalf said after getting attacked. Prosecutor Bill Wirskye told jurors during opening statements that Metcalf’s final words were “I’ve been stabbed,” after seeing he was wounded.
Metcalf then fell several rows of bleachers and died.
Prosecutors next revealed that Metcalf’s brother, Hunter, rushed to his aid as Anthony fled from the scene.
Anthony later tried to blend in with groups of kids fleeing the stadium.
“If you’re scared and running away in self-defense, why toss the knife?” the prosecutor said, according to the Daily Mail.
“That knife wasn’t used to protect him from harm. That knife was used to harm another. Find this man guilty of first-degree murder,” he added, pointing at Anthony.
In a just world, these proceedings would be televised. But Collin County District Judge John Roach Jr. has issued sweeping new restrictions on media coverage for the murder trial of Anthony.
Judge Roach claimed that excessive media coverage could prejudice the trial.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent proved just how illiterate your average Democrat is regarding American history by asking an easy question about it while testifying on Capitol Hill.
As The Hill reported, Bessent testified before the House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday morning about President Trump’s fiscal 2027 budget request and the department’s priorities. The hearing comes a day after Bessent faced questions in the Senate.
Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) decided to use the hearing to smear President Trump as a heartless thug who does not care about the American people’s well-being and demanded that Bessent agree with him.
“Do you agree with President Trump that you also do not care about Americans’ financial situation?” Chu asked.
But Bessent left Chu stumped by a comeback she was not ready for, which exposed her complete ignorance of American history.
“Congresswoman, who was the president during World War I?” he inquired.
Chu froze and started stuttering before Bessent asked again. Finally, she admitted she had no clue before going back to her talking points.
The answer to Bessent’s question, of course, is Woodrow Wilson. This is something Americans learn in grade school.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul flanked by Democrat lawmakers as she announces support for so-called “medical aid in dying”
Democrats in New York State have declared war on the nuclear family after passing a bill designed to kowtow to the radical pro-trans lobby.
As The New York Post reported on Wednesday, the New York State Legislature this week passed legislation that would erase the terms “mother” and “father” from state child custody and parental laws in favor of two woke, gender-neutral terms.
The terms that would be used instead? Gestating parent and non-gestating parent.
This sounds like something straight out of the Babylon Bee.
A woke new bill erases the terms “mother” and “father” from state child custody and parental laws — a gender-neutral rewriting that’s expected to spark a flood of similarly clunky legislation.
“Mother” would be replaced with “gestating parent,” while “father” becomes “non-gestating parent” or “parent” in family court, passed this week by state Democrats.
“Paternity” proceedings to determine a child’s biological father would meanwhile become “parentage” cases, under the bill, which was rammed through the Assembly in March and of the Senate this week.
A “putative father” — also known as a deadbeat dad — would now be called “an alleged parent” in official state records, under the bill, which was sponsored by liberals Sen. Luis Sepulveda (D-Bronx) and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin (D-Westchester) and will go to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s desk for approval.
Sepulveda, a Bronx Democrat who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, claimed the bill was necessary “to be consistent with current statute and case law>
Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman lashed out at the changes:
“Democrats led by Kathy Hochul have continued their declaration of war on New York families by canceling the loving terms of Mom and Dad and replacing them with ‘gestating and non-gestating parent,'” Blakeman said in a statement obtained by the New York Post.
“The insanity ends when I’m Governor.”
For her part, Hochul pleaded ignorance and refused to say whether she would sign the bill.
“Well, I’m not familiar with what was introduced,” she told reporters at an event in Brooklyn on Wednesday.
“I’ll take a look at it. This has been my practice for five years.”
President Trump is fed up with the election shenanigans in California and is taking action.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, highly popular reality TV star-turned-mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt and businessman Steve Hilton emerged on election night seemingly in good shape to advance past the open primary for Los Angeles Mayor and California Governor, respectively.
Pratt is currently leading Marxist LA City Councilwoman Nithya Raman and trailing Bass by a slim margin. Hilton leads all candidates for governor. Few votes have been tallied since election night, but the ones counted so far have been good for Democrats.
Are Democrats beginning to execute the steal?
Trump thinks so. On Thursday morning, Trump alleged “big cheating” by the Democrats and announced an investigation had been launched by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in LA.

This comes just as Democrats are already starting to gain and potentially lock out the GOP in two critical races.
In the LA Mayoral race, Communist City Councilwoman Nithya Raman has cut into Spencer Pratt’s lead as the vote count continues at a snail’s pace.
Some election experts believe she may be able to make up the deficit if the counting drags out long enough.

Key GOP Senators, including Senate Majority Leader Thune, are signaling they will be throwing the new acting DNI chief to the wolves. And one powerful Democrat senator is poised to take advantage.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump announced on Tuesday that Bill Pulte, Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and Chairman of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, will serve as acting Director of National Intelligence, replacing Tulsi Gabbard.
Trump also said that Pulte will remain Director of FHFA and the Chairman of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac while serving as acting DNI. Pulte is also a huge favorite of Trump’s and extremely loyal to the president.
But Thune appears poised to knife Trump and Pulte in the back. Per The Hill, this is what he told reporters after hearing about the appointment.
“We don’t need a weaponized Director of National Intelligence,” Thune said. “We need professionals there.”
Thune also declined to say whether Pulte had the experience for the job and deferred to Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas.
He also declined to support Pulte.
“I have no observations on the matter,” he told CNN’s Manu Raju.

And then there’s outgoing RINO Senator Thom Tillis of North Carolina, who angrily lashed out against Pulte.

Now, Democrats are smelling blood in the water. Punchbowl News reports that Warner is now issuing a threat to Thune: get Trump to ditch Pulte as DNI chief, or we likely won’t go along with reauthorizing FISA.
Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chair Mark Warner (D-Va.) asked Senate Majority Leader John Thune on Tuesday to use his influence with the White House to reverse Trump’s move to install Pulte as overseer of the nation’s 18 intelligence agencies, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.
Warner, who’s been critical in building Democratic support for a bipartisan deal to extend FISA Section 702, made clear to Thune that all options are on the table to reverse what Democrats see as a dangerous Trump pick to lead ODNI.
From Warner’s perspective, it’s impossible to convince enough Democrats to support a reauthorization of Section 702 when Pulte would be the one overseeing the program. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has also privately told senators that the Pulte appointment makes passing a FISA deal much more difficult.
The threat is indeed real, as Thune has repeatedly stated that America cannot afford to let FISA expire. Moreover, Punchbowl News notes that there are enough Republicans to block the legislation if the Democrats refuse to play ball.
Republicans can’t pass a FISA reauthorization on their own. With a handful of GOP senators expected to oppose any FISA agreement, Thune would likely need at least a dozen Democrats to support the bill. Without a big vote in the Senate, it’ll be difficult for the House to pass it via a fast-track process ahead of the June 12 deadline. It’s safe to say that Pulte’s appointment kills any chance of the House passing FISA using the fast-track suspension process.
Steve Bannon absolutely went off upon hearing about Warner’s scheming, along with Thune and Cotton’s cowardly stances. He also alleged they were colluding with the loathsome Virginian Democrat.

The cause of death for the missing scientist who was discovered dead in a New Mexico forest has been reportedly revealed, but it is simply raising more questions.
As The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday, New Mexico State Police announced that they identified the remains of 54-year-old Melissa Casias, a scientist and nuclear lab employee, who worked as an administrative assistant at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).
Casias was last seen alive on June 26, 2025. Her body was found in the McGaffey Ridge area of the Carson National Forest.
This is about six miles from the last place Casias was seen walking before being declared missing.
Although the New Mexico State Police have yet to release an official cause of death, the Daily Mail has learned that her body had a gunshot wound to the skull, and a gun was found close by.
In addition, her body was found skeletonized and propped up in a seated position against a tree in a remote part of the National Forest.
While at first glance this may suggest suicide, Arizona-based investigator Thomas McNally does not agree. He has been working on the case of Casias’s disappearance on behalf of her parents, Joe and Joanne Mondragon.
He suspects that foul play was involved in her death.
“It’s great that the press is getting this story out there because of the Los Alamos stuff,” McNally said, “But it has nothing to do with LANL. If you want to tell the story, tell a real story.”
“I want to be emphatic on this point – this is in no way, shape, or form related to her job,” he added.
Adding to the mystery is that The Mail previously noted that she had left ALL RECORDS from her phones (she had more than one), and her identification behind.
Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker told the Daily Mail in March that he thought Casias’s disappearance was part of a bigger pattern involving individuals who had access to top-secret government research.
Swecker theorized that Casias’s work at LANL made her a target for abduction. The reason is that an administrative assistant often has access to the same sensitive files as their superiors.
“In a classified lab, or just a high clearance lab, they would basically be in the know on what’s going on,” Swecker explained. “And it wouldn’t be the first time their administrative assistant has been targeted.”
As The Gateway Pundit has reported, a troubling pattern drew scrutiny after the mysterious deaths of scientists tied to America’s most sensitive space and defense programs. Up to 11 have been discovered missing or dead.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke for everyone watching Congress today after a female Democrat congresswoman went on a weird rant about his shoes during a House hearing.
As the Hill reported, Rubio testified before both the House of Representatives and the Senate on Wednesday regarding the State Department budget request. This comes as negotiations to end the war in Iran are at a standstill, and the current ceasefire remains fragile.
But Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-CA) had other ‘concerns’ on her mind.
Jacobs first asked Rubio who won the 2020 election. When he did not give the answer she was looking for, Jacobs bizarrely mocked Rubio over his shoes.
“You can’t say that the president lost the 2020 election, just like you won’t admit that Trump is losing this reckless war of choice, just like you couldn’t admit the shoes Trump bought you are too big,” she taunted.
This prompted understandable bewilderment from Rubio, who could not understand why Jacobs was obsessed with his shoe size. He asked Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) if she was talking about the Florsheims that Trump bought, but they fit the Secretary of State perfectly.
Jacobs later caused more confusion by bizarrely claiming, out of nowhere, that the shoes Rubio was wearing today looked “very nice.”
Rubio then said what everyone was probably thinking at this point:

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent busted out the receipts during a hearing and raised some very serious concerns about a Democrat senator’s kid with a brutal question.
As The Hill reported, Bessent testified Wednesday morning before the Senate Finance Committee on President Trump’s fiscal 2027 budget request for the department.
The White House wants $11.5 billion in budget authority for the Treasury Department’s domestic programs in 2027. This marks a 12% decrease from 2026.
Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) decided to use the hearing to get personal with Bessent and the Trump Administration. Wyden had previously feuded with Bessent over the relase of deceased p*dophile Jeffrey Epstein’s financial records.
After getting smeared, Bessent pointed out that Wyden’s son, Adam, had an investment with Epstein.
Wyden accused Bessent of being a “capo” to what he described as “the most corrupt regime in American history.” But the Oregon Democrat then got completely blindsided by Bessent.
The Treasury Secretary then revealed that Adam Wyden’s largest investment was in Rick’s Cabaret, a high-end strip club.
So, Bessent had just one question:
“Did your son and Jeffrey Epstein talk about pole dancing as he begged him for money using your limited credibility?”

The hardcore communist in the race for Los Angeles mayor is melting down after last night’s results show her not making the runoff in November, and America is having a laugh.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, highly popular reality TV star-turned-mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt appears to be on track to advance past the open primary for Los Angeles Mayor to face Incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in the November runoff election. Pratt is currently leading Marxist LA City Councilwoman Nithya Raman and trailing Bass by a slim margin.
The margin, however, may still be within reach for Raman to finish ahead of Pratt if Democrats can ‘discover’ enough late mail-in ballots.
But the communist appears skeptical. A seemingly defeated Raman broke down in tears as she addressed her supporters at her campaign party.
Raman paid tribute to her children and falsely claimed her campaign had been about “building a city that is worthy of you.”

Fired 60 Minutes propagandist Scott Pelley has responded furiously to his termination, and it’s the equivalent of the pot calling the kettle black.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, CBS News fired Pelley on Tuesday night, a day after he blasted editor-in-chief Bari Weiss and accused her of trying to ‘murder’ the show.
Then, newly appointed “60 Minutes” executive producer Nick Bilton told Pelley in a scathing letter that he was fired “for cause, effective immediately.”
“You hijacked my first meeting with staff to disparage me, my qualifications, and my intentions with remarkable incivility and contempt, Bilton wrote.
“I am here to deliver first-in-class news programming, not to make headlines about newsroom drama, he added. “Your antipathy to the future of the show has come through loud and clear. And I have heard you.”
On Wednesday, Variety obtained Pelley’s response. As one will see, he is living in another world.
For my part, new management has instructed me to inject falsehoods and bias into a politically sensitive story. I’ve been told to include assertions that are unverified.
To date, in every case, I have managed to ignore these instructions or refuse them. Recently, politicians have been invited to choose correspondents for interviews on the broadcast. Giving politicians control over 60 Minutes interviews is not how this is done.
Finally, incompetence and unprofessionalism in the new management have wreaked havoc. In a case involving one of my stories, the entire program came within 19 minutes of not getting on the air at all.
What makes this statement so ironic is that Pelley is the very definition of a lying propagandist.
Just last May, he gave a hateful, falsehood-filled graduation speech at Wake Forest University. Unsurprisingly, the focus of his rage was President Trump.

A high school principal in North Carolina set a good example for educators by putting the school’s valedictorian in her place after she hijacked her commencement speech.
As The New York Post reported, Clayton High School senior Leen Hijaz was given the honor of delivering the institution’s commencement speech due to her academic accomplishments. Normally, such addresses are generally uneventful and at least somewhat apolitical.
But Hijaz, a Muslim, soon abandoned her pre-approved remarks to unleash a vile rant against ICE and spread pro-Palestine propaganda.
“Before I leave the stage, I have one last thing to say. Every single person here has a voice; we have the privilege to use it when millions around the world are struggling and suffering to be heard,” Hijaz stated.
“Whether it’s the millions suffering in Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Afghanistan, and so many other countries around the world, or families being torn apart by ICE. These are not just an issue here; they are happening there, they’re happening right here as I speak,” she continued.
“My point is, we’re not given a voice to stay silent,” Hijaz tried to add before Principal Melissa Moore approached her.
Moore promptly yanked the microphone away from Hijaz and pulled her off the stage to the teen’s dismay.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is not taking any prisoners today as he testifies on Capitol Hill. Just ask Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV), who got obliterated with a devastating one-liner after she tried to embarrass Rubio with an outrageous lie.
As PBS News reported, Rubio testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee starting at 10 a.m. EDT. The purpose of the hearing before House and Senate committees was to make the State Department’s annual budget request.
But the focus quickly shifted to the fragile ceasefire between Washington and Tehran, which has been further strained in recent days by attacks started by Iran and Hezbollah. Democrats also decided to try to humiliate Rubio in the process.
During the hearing, Rosen falsely accused arguably the hardest working person in the Trump Administration of PARTYING instead of focusing on negotiations with Iran.
This promptly backfired when Rubio set her straight with what he was really doing. It turns out he was sitting next to the president at an event and was constantly communicating with the Iran negotiating team, which consisted of Jared Kushner, Stephen Witkoff, and JD Vance.
In the midst of his schooling, Rubio dropped this on Rosen: “I know your staff wrote up this cute statement for your TikTok video, but it’s not true.”

Horrifying new details have emerged regarding last week’s murder of a great-grandmother on an Atlanta train by a wicked thug.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, an elderly woman was brutally murdered on a MARTA train near the Oakland City Station in Atlanta on Saturday shortly after 12 pm.
A suspect was promptly arrested following the murder, and normal rail operations were temporarily suspended.
FOX 5 notes that emergency medical workers desperately tried to save the female victim at the scene, but she succumbed to her injuries. MARTA police stated that several bystanders witnessed the horrific murder.
MARTA Police Chief Scott Kreher announced on Sunday that 25-year-old John Elijah Matthews was in the Fulton County Jail as a suspect in the murder. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as 66-year-old Margaret Swan of Atlanta.
Swan had five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Swan’s daughter said she was a traveler on the MARTA train.
Now, the full, sickening nature of the crime has emerged. 11 Alive News obtained warrants that show CCTV video footage capturing the moments Matthews stabbed Swan to death and leading up to her murder.
He walked over to her and sat next to her on the train. He proceeded to take out a knife and slash her throat.
At 11:21 on Saturday, the video showed Swan sitting alone on the train car. Just before 11:25, Matthews is seen on board, walking to the side of the train where Swan was sitting, standing near her alone.
Matthews, 19 seconds later, “is seen walking up to (Swan) and standing just to her right.” Several seconds later, he took out a knife, opened it, and cut the victim in the throat.
The warrants then describe Swan screaming and trying to get up from her seat, as Matthews held her and committed the stabbing.
He was then seen on the CCTV cameras “throwing (Swan) to the floor and standing near her until the train arrived at the Oakland City Station,” less than two minutes later.
The warrants also show that Matthews got out with the murder weapon still in his hand as officers rushed to the scene to save Swan.
According to the warrants, Swan was stabbed up to 20 times.
11 Alive News notes that searches of court and jail records across metro Atlanta jurisdictions did not immediately indicate whether Matthews has any prior criminal history in the area.
He has been charged with murder in the sickening slaying.

After invading America, Habib sought asylum by claiming he was gay. Homosexuality in Mauritania is a crime punishable by death.
The official religion of Mauritania is Islam, with over 99% of the country following the Sunni branch of the faith.
Habib later got a job as a taxpayer-funded corrections officer at a county jail in Portland, Indiana. He was hired by Jay County Sheriff Larry Ray Newton Jr.

Habib entered the country illegally in March 2023 near Lukeville, Arizona, and was released into the country by the Biden administration, where he was reportedly hired as a corrections officer in Indiana.
He will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
His pending asylum application is believed to be fraudulent, as he applied based on homosexuality in 2023 but married a woman in 2025.
Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, ICE is restoring law and order. Illegal aliens have no place in our communities, especially in positions of law enforcement.

A missing scientist has been discovered dead in a New Mexico forest, but that is just the beginning of a more harrowing and stunning story.
As The Daily Mail reported on Monday, New Mexico State Police announced that they identified the remains of 54-year-old Melissa Casias, a scientist and nuclear lab employee, who worked as an administrative assistant at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The Office of the Medical Investigator in New Mexico has not yet determined the cause of her death.
Casias was last seen alive on June 26, 2025. Her body was found in the McGaffey Ridge area of the Carson National Forest.
This is about six miles from the last place Casias was seen walking before being declared missing.
It’s unknown how long Casias’s body was in the forest before it was found. But it’s surprising it took this long because this is a part of a US Forest Service restoration project where crews have been working consistently since December 2025.
Casia’s disappearance and death are also quite alarming. The Mail notes that she previously left ALL RECORDS from her phones (she had more than one), left her identification behind, and vanished last June.
Sounds like something straight out of a spy thriller. What was going on?
Casias vanished after dropping off her husband, another LANL employee, at the facility that June morning, approximately 70 miles from their home. That was when Casias’s behavior allegedly became unusual, as she claimed she would need to return home after forgetting the badge needed to access the nuclear lab.
According to her husband, Mark, a superintendent at the lab, Casias had the security badge with her when she dropped him off that morning, as she would have needed the badge to get past the security checkpoints.
When Casias arrived in Ranchos de Taos, the couple’s daughter, Sierra, reportedly told investigators that her mother visited the teen’s place of work to drop off a sandwich and then said she planned to work from home after forgetting the badge needed to access the nuclear lab.
The wife and mother then wiped all records from her phones before leaving them and her identification behind and walking out of her home in Ranchos de Taos.

Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker told the Daily Mail in March that he thought Casia’s disappearance was part of a bigger pattern involving individuals who had access to top-secret government research.

Far-left Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner has finally broken his silence about the latest scandal threatening his campaign, and he is using his wife as a shield.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The Wall Street Journal uncovered proof on Saturday that Platner’s wife, Amy Gertner, previously told a campaign aide about finding sexually explicit texts with several women on her husband’s phone while they were married.
The New York Times revealed that she disclosed the texts to Genevieve McDonald, a former state legislator who was the Platner campaign’s political director before leaving in October. McDonald explained that Gertner reached out just days before a Labor Day rally with Senator Bernie Sanders (Socialist-VT), and that she was worried that her husband’s behavior could hurt his political prospects.
McDonald added that Gertner told her that Platner had been exchanging sexual messages with up to a dozen women.
On Sunday, Platner’s campaign put Gertner forward to answer for him in a hostage-like video.

NASA has revealed what really happened when a scary “double boom” hit Massachusetts and nearby states yesterday afternoon.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island heard a mysterious loud boom on Saturday, prompting a flood of 911 calls.
One Cambridge resident captured the loud boom on a dashcam.

One local meteorologist theorized that the explosion heard in Boston was a significant bolide/meteor entering the atmosphere.
Now, NASA has revealed that the cause of the massive explosion was a meteor that broke apart high in the atmosphere.
According to NASA, the meteor fragmented across northeast MA and southeast NH.
NASA added that the American Meteor Society provided eyewitness accounts.
“Eyewitnesses in New England and @NOAA’s GOES-19 satellite reported a bright fireball on Saturday, May 30, at 2:06 p.m EDT accompanied by a loud noise,” the post reads. “The meteor appears to have fragmented at an altitude of 40 miles over northeast MA and southeast NH.”
“The energy released at breakup is estimated to be equivalent to about 300 tons of TNT, which accounts for the loud noise,” the post continues.
“Eyewitness accounts supplied by the American Meteor Society.”

On Saturday, Wilson posted a very curious Instagram image of herself celebrating Eid al-Adha, with an all-Muslim male audience looking on in the background.
It was as if the men were looking at potential prey, knowing that communists like her are useful idiots.
Wilson, though, was totally clueless.
“Honored to attend Eid celebration this week and spend time with so many wonderful community members and families,” Wilson wrote. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to celebrate alongside residents who help make our city vibrant, welcoming, and strong.”

An anti-ICE agitator received a harsh lesson after deciding to get rough with New Jersey state police during a protest.
On Saturday night, independent journalist Oliya Scootercaster was on scene at the Delaney Hall ICE detention facility in Newark, which has been the site of multiple leftist riots over the past several days.
And these protesters are well-provided for. As The Gateway Pundit reported, independent journalist Nick Sortor, who blew the lid off years of taxpayers’ abuse at the hands of Somali fraudsters, infiltrated an Antifa camp at the Newark, New Jersey, ICE protests.
As he moved through the camp, he found tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment, food, and even riot gear. Hot meals are delivered every hour. Clearly, there is a massive, shadowy infrastructure behind the movement that is providing funding.

But one agitator may be regretting his life choices after getting a taste of his own medicine last night.
During the latest riot at the ICE facility, state police were seen on video firing tear gas and smoke bombs in an effort to disperse the protesters. Some cops even charged at the agitators on horseback.
Oliya Scootercaster then captured footage of a tall agitator wearing a pink belt showing off the injuries he received after messing with the state troopers.
The nasty red mark can be seen on his exposed stomach before he makes a graphic remark.
“They literally shot me through my d**k!” he exclaimed. “Look.”

An elderly woman has been brutally murdered on an Atlanta train, an evil attack which will bring back heartbreaking memories of a similar killing last year.
As FOX 5 Atlanta reported, a woman was stabbed to death on a MARTA train near the Oakland City Station on Saturday shortly after 12 pm.
A suspect was promptly arrested following the murder, and normal rail operations were temporarily suspended.
FOX 5 notes that emergency medical workers desperately tried to save the female victim at the scene, but she succumbed to her injuries. MARTA police stated that several bystanders witnessed the brutal murder.
MARTA police released the following statement to FOX 5 Atlanta following the attack:
This appears to be a senseless act of violence, and our thoughts are with the victim’s loved ones and those who witnessed this horrific incident.
We understand the concern and fear incidents like this can cause for those who ride and work on the MARTA system. MARTA Police are actively investigating and remain committed to the safety and security of our riders and employees.

MARTA Police Chief Scott Kreher announced on Sunday that 25-year-old John Elijah Matthews was in the Fulton County Jail as a suspect in the murder.
A chilling video later emerged showing the extremely bloody scene of the train following the attack.
The victim, who is lying on the ground, appears to be white. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office identified her as 66-year-old Margaret Swan of Atlanta.

This harrowing incident is strikingly similar to the brutal murder of a Ukrainian refugee last year.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska was brutally murdered in August 2025 by a low-life thug in Charlotte, North Carolina, who had no business walking free to begin with.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department revealed Zarutska suffered multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the East/West Boulevard light rail station at 10 P.M. ET on August 22.
Police identified 34-year-old Decarlos Brown Jr. as the person responsible for Zarutska’s death. He was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Footage of Brown apparently saying, “I got that White girl,” later emerged following the murder.

A left-wing ‘reporter’ ended up with egg on his face after trying to question community activist and LA mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt about his motives for running.
As TGP readers know, Pratt has become a national sensation with his brutally honest talk about LA’s numerous problems and the politically incorrect solutions he has proposed. Because of this, he has soared in the polls and appears positioned to make the Mayoral runoff, giving him a one-on-one opportunity with either failed Mayor Karen Bass or communist City Councilwoman Nithya Raman.
Pratt has also gone viral several times with some of the most creative ads imaginable.
During an interview last week on NBC, a media hack insinuated that Pratt was running because he wanted to grow his brand and did not really want the job.
Pratt responded with fire upon hearing this. He first noted that he and his family lost everything they had ever worked for in the Palisades Fire, which Mayor Karen Bass let happen while she was partying in Ghana.
Pratt then made clear that he only became politically active after the city leaders lied and covered up the after-action reports on the fire, and when he realized no competent individual was going to run for mayor.
The community activist then made one final point: running for mayor has been the exact opposite of ‘fun.’ He specifically cited the number of death threats he receives and the fact that his children need security while at the beach because of the dangerous psychos that come by.

Yet another horrific revelation has unfolded regarding far-left Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner, and it might be the most shocking yet.
The Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday that Platner’s wife, Amy Gertner, informed campaign staff a year ago that her husband had exchanged sexually explicit text messages with at least a dozen women.
The Platner campaign, though, ultimately dismissed the texts as a private matter and moved on.
Now, the news gets worse. The Daily Wire has revealed on Saturday that Platner is a registered user on Kik, an anonymous messaging app.
Platner’s Kik account uses the username “phustle0331,” which is similar to his Instagram handle, Phustle0331, and to the username of his Reddit account.
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation describes Kik as a “predator’s paradise,” due to features that allow minors to join the app and speak with adults.
Approximately 70% of the app’s users are between the ages of 13 and 24. Even more disturbingly, the app does not require official age verification.
The Daily Wire shared evidence that Kik enables adult users to not only target innocent women but also children.
A Forbes investigation found that Kik had a “huge child exploitation problem,” while the BBC found that the app was at the center of over 1,100 child sexual abuse cases in the United Kingdom between 2013 and 2018.
But even among consenting adult users, Kik is no ordinary messenger. The platform has been described as “the app with the most severe sexual content.” Kik offers sexually explicit live chats with women, and is often found at the center of “sexploitation” cases, wherein predators coax someone to send nude photos, and then use the images for blackmail, the New York Times reported in 2016.
That report — released four months before Platner created his Kik account — chronicles a litany of heinous acts perpetrated by predators on the app, including a man who used the app to distribute child pornography, several who sent and solicited sexually explicit messages from minors, and one instance where a man attempted to kidnap a 14-year-old girl.
Kik was also where 13-year-old Nicole Madison Lowell chatted with two Virginia Tech students who kidnapped and killed her.
Interestingly, Platner joined Kik in 2016 when it had been under fire for being a hotbed for child pornography, kidnapping, and more wicked sexual activities.
