Two saboteurs can wreak a lot of havoc.

As European nations are frenetically building up their militaries, the question of whether they can protect their present capabilities is raised.

In the port of Hamburg, the largest in Germany and 3^rd largest in Europe, an episode has happened that highlights how insecure military assets actually are.

The Hamburg police and the General Prosecutor’s Office have arrested two shipyard workers: a Romanian and a Greek. They allegedly carried out acts of sabotage on naval ships.

BILD reported (translated from the German):

“The accesses took place in Hamburg and in a village in Greece. In addition, apartments of the suspects in Hamburg, Romania and Greece have been searched. The measures were coordinated by Eurojust, which is responsible for cross-border organized crime, in The Hague.

According to the Office of the Public Prosecutor General, the two accused are said to have been arrested several times for the Navy of the United States in 2025 during their work in the Port of Hamburg.”

“The men allegedly poured over 20 kilograms of blasting gravel into the engine block of a ship, also punctured fresh water supply lines, removed fuel caps from fuel tanks and deactivated fuse switches of the ship’s electronics.

The incident was only discovered by a check on board before the first departure of the corvette ‘Emden’ in mid-January in the direction of Kiel.”

The Attorney General’s Office says the men could have caused considerable damage to the Ships or caused a delay in their departure.

The investigations will attempt to discover who the clients of the sabotage are.

It would also explain ‘the Kiev elite’s almost mystical faith in victory’, and their Godless persecution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

“Defense lawyer Petar Sekulic told The Associated Press that the arrest followed an alleged ‘incident’ involving another person on Sunday. He declined to give details, but said Høiby contests his detention and his legal team was considering an appeal as soon as he and the other person can provide statements to police.”

“’Oslo Police District can confirm that Marius Borg Høiby was arrested by the police on Sunday evening, charged with assault, threats with a knife and violation of a restraining order’, said Police Prosecutor Andreas Kruszewski of the Oslo Police District on Monday.

[…] It is the so-called Frogner woman who is offended in the new charges, NRK is informed. Now Høybi is imprisoned until March 2.

’The court believes there are reasonable grounds for suspicion for the three items in the charge. It is thus more likely that the accused is guilty than not guilty after the charge’, says the detention order from Oslo District Court. The court agrees with the police that they believe there is a risk of recurrence.”

As Hoiby’s trial starts tomorrow, police can’t hear those statements before this weekend.

Losing the war, with a broken society, it’s way past time for Zelensky to sign up for peace.

We are a little over twenty days away from the 4-year mark in the Russia-Ukraine war.

It’s important to say that the Ukrainian forces have fought bravely, even if doomed from the start, against a much stronger, nuclear-armed enemy.

But it’s also time to say that the Kiev regime leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, must sign the peace now, even having to relinquish territory he still controls in the Donetsk region.

Everyone following the war knows by now that Russian forces are maneuvering towards the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration, the last Ukrainian bastions in Donetsk.

We’ve seen this playbook dozens of times: Russians will approach the fortified cities, avoid head-on confrontation, but rather encircle them from several directions, cutting the supply lines – all the while using their superior artillery, missile, and drone power to attrit the defensive forces until they will retreat, surrender, or die.

It’s true that these conquests may take several months – but unlike previous years, Ukrainian citizens are now in the cold and dark, with no expectation of improvement.

Ukrainians wage war ‘like firefighters’ putting out fires one after the other – when they can.

Vladyslav Bashchevanzhy, drone battalion in the 260^th brigade: “’A battalion is supposed to have around 500 soldiers. In reality, we’re lucky if we have 100’, he said. ‘Out of those 100, perhaps only 50 are actually combat-ready — those not wounded or exhausted’.

Draft dodging and desertion, two issues that Ukraine has struggled with since 2024, have only exacerbated the shortages. Ukraine’s new defense minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, recently said that two million Ukrainians were “wanted” for avoiding military service, while 200,000 soldiers were absent without official leave.”

Yes, you read it right: two million Ukrainian draft dodgers, and 200,000 soldiers AWOL.

Time to sue for peace.

On the home front, Ukrainian cities now are left in the cold and dark, with no perspective of improvement.

“This winter, the citywide hum of thousands of generators has dominated the soundtrack — a ‘modern symphony’, as Ivan Stupak, a former officer in the Security Service of Ukraine, described it to ABC News from Kyiv — as Ukraine withers Moscow’s attempt to collapse the national energy grid.

Major cities are now regularly thrust into darkness by rolling blackouts affecting hundreds of thousands — sometimes even millions — of people, amid heavy snow and temperatures well below freezing.”

“Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged residents on Jan. 9 to temporarily leave the city if they could. The mayor later said that some 600,000 people subsequently departed — around 20% of Kyiv’s official pre-war population of just under 3 million people.”

The Princess is apologizing for her close Epstein ties, just as her son is on trial for rape.

The royal family in Norway is reeling with the repercussion of the latest – and probably last – document release on the Epstein files.

The three and a half million additional documents were released by the DOJ pursuant to the approval of the House Resolution 4405, the ‘Epstein Files Transparency Act’.

The released files cast a very negative light on Norway’s Crown Princess Mette-Marit.

DPA reported:

“According to media reports on Saturday, the 52-year-old is mentioned several hundred times in the documents published by the US Department of Justice on Friday. It became known years ago that Mette-Marit had contact with Epstein.”

A visit to Epstein’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida, in 2013, is creating waves, as the Royal Palace confirmed that Mette-Marit had ‘borrowed Epstein’s house’ through a mutual friend, staying there for four days.

Guri Varpe, spokeswoman for the Norwegian royal family made a point to add that the crown princess ‘never stayed on the multimillionaire’s private island, Little Saint James’.

“On Friday evening, the crown princess apologized. She had ‘not checked Epstein’s background more thoroughly’, she explained in a statement released to several Norwegian media outlets. She said she had shown ‘poor judgement’ and regretted ‘having had any contact with Epstein at all’.

‘It’s just embarrassing’, she continued. She expressed her ‘deep sympathy’ and solidarity with the victims of the sex offender.”

Norwegian media says Mette-Marit met Epstein ‘several times’ in the United States and in Oslo in 2011 and 2013.

If that wasn’t enough, an email has surfaced from the trove in which former Bill Gates advisor Boris Nikolic appears to suggest that the woman who would become Norwegian Crown princess is pregnant with a baby from Epstein.

But as bad as the Epstein situation is for the Norwegian royals, the worst is yet to come, as Mette-Marit’s son goes on trial Tuesday (February 3) accused of raping four women, as well as drug and assault offenses.

Hoiby faces up to 16 years in prison if found guilty.

“’When it comes to the Norwegian royal family, it is without a doubt the biggest scandal’ in its 120-year history, Trond Noren Isaksen, a historian and expert on Norway’s monarchy, told AFP. ‘There have been controversies surrounding the choice of spouses, about renovations of the palace and these kinds of things, but never any real scandals involving criminal offences, let alone so many’, he said.”

Besides the four rape charges, Hoiby is also accused of physical and psychological abuse of several ex-girlfriends.

A man who used his fortune to bankroll a lawsuit against President Donald J. Trump is now featured extensively in the new DOJ-released Jeffrey Epstein documents.

The three and a half million documents from the latest – and apparently last – have been released by the DOJ following the approval of the House Resolution 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Documents from this massive release show the close ties between LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and the late pedophile.

The pair ‘discusses visits to Epstein’s infamous private island, his New Mexico ranch, and his New York apartment’.

The New York Post reported:

“’Reid will spend the night at 71^st’, according to one email from Hoffman’s team included in the latest Justice Department dump of Epstein files, in reference to his Upper East Side townhouse.”

A 2014 memo states that Epstein hosted will have (venture capitalist) Joi Ito and Reid Hoffman on the infamous Zorro Ranch for a weekend.

“An email Epstein penned to his assistant Saida Sapieva under the heading ‘Trip to the Island’ states: ‘Reid will take a Virgin America Flight from SFO to Fort Lauderdale, departing at 8:20 am, landing at 4:40 pm’. In 2023, Hoffman visited to Epstein’s former Caribbean private island, Little St. James, also known as ‘pedophile island’, The Post previously reported.”

In 2016 email, Epstein helps top Democratic fundraiser Hoffman recover his passport.

“’Saida, please tell reid that i have his passport. Found in the gift bag they had given me’, Epstein wrote. ‘Larry and me and your passport’, Epstein later wrote Hoffman dryly about an event, in a likely reference to former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers. ‘Excellent!’ exclaimed Hoffman.”

How low can Andrew go?

The three and a half million documents from the latest – and apparently last – release from the DOJ following the approval of the House Resolution 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, are out.

Around the world, journalists are digging into the mother lode, but we can already say that disgraced former British Prince Andrew is the elite figure most featured in the damaging files.

We already reported about a 2010 email exchange in which Jeffrey Epstein, fresh out of Florida prison, sets ‘Randy Andy’ with a 26-year-old Russian woman, once again shattering the former duke’s lies that he severed ties with the late pedophile after his conviction.

He is also featured inviting Epstein and women friends for a dinner at Buckingham Palace – ‘with lots of privacy’.

The new revelations are even worse.

In a disturbing series of declassified photos, Andrew is ‘hovering over a woman lying on the floor’.

The New York Post reported:

“In one disturbing photo, Queen Elizabeth II’s third child, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, is seen crouched on all fours over a woman — whose face is redacted — sprawled on her back with her arms spread on the white striped carpet, as the ousted royal stares into the camera.

Two other snaps show the barefoot 65-year-old, sporting a white polo and jeans, touching the unknown woman’s stomach. The woman appeared to be awake in the photos, with her arm held up in one picture.”

A series of emails between Andrew and convicted sex-trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell reinforce the multiple earlier reports that they were, at one point, romantically involved.

Daily Mail reported:

“Affectionate exchanges in which they refer to each other by names including ‘darling’ and ‘sweet pea’, while stating they ‘long for’ one another are reigniting claims from friends and even a former royal protection officer that they were in fact lovers.

[…] Emails between Andrew, 65, – who went by the moniker The Invisible Man – and Maxwell in 2002 tell how he sought Maxwell’s ‘permission’ to spend time with his ex-wife and children instead of travelling to the US.”

And to prove that shady deals come hand in hand with their debauched lifestyle, Andrew is also featured in the documents sharing confidential Afghanistan documents with Epstein.

The Telegraph reported:

“Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor appeared to ask Jeffrey Epstein for his advice over a confidential document about investment opportunities Afghanistan.

He told his former friend that he would be ‘very interested’ in his comments, views or ideas and who else he could show it to in order to ‘attract some interest’. 

The Gates Foundation, he added, ‘sadly’ doesn’t do anything in Afghanistan.”

The Times reported:

“On Christmas Eve, 2010, after Andrew, a UK trade ambassador at the time, was seen with Epstein in New York — a meeting he later told Newsnight had been to break off the friendship — he appears to have written to Epstein outlining a business opportunity in Afghanistan and shared a “confidential brief” about “Afghanistan International ­business opportunities”.”

The return of US astronauts to the moon orbit is easily the most overlooked contemporary event.

Ever since 1972, no human being has been to the moon surface or its orbit. But now, the Donald J. Trump administration is gearing up for a historic return.

The Artemis II will take American astronauts back to the moon, and a first mission, to orbit our satellite, will take off in less than 10 days.

The mission was today bumped two days ahead because of the inclement weather in Florida.

NASA delayed a the fueling test (‘wet dress rehersal’) for the Artemis II moon rocket to Monday (February 2), and that pushed the historic launch back to no earlier than 11:20pm EST on February 8.

CBS News reported:

“The long-awaited Artemis II mission will use NASA’s huge Space Launch System rocket to boost three NASA astronauts and a Canadian crewmate on a trip around the moon and back, the first such flight since the final Apollo mission 54 years ago. The upcoming mission will set the stage for another crew to attempt a landing near the moon’s south pole in 2028.

The Artemis II launch had been targeted for next Friday, assuming a leak-free fueling test Saturday. But with the test delay, and the time needed for NASA to analyze the results, the agency opted to give up launch opportunities on Feb. 6 and 7. If the rocket is not off the ground by Feb. 11, the flight will slip to early March.”

It’s an Epstein deluge.

And so, we’ve come to the point today where the DOJ has released no less than 3,5 million new documents from the Jeffrey Epstein Files, pursuant to the House Resolution 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

That’ll keep reporters all over the world busy for weeks or months to come, but the revelations are already coming in, hard and fast.

To begin with, a sleazy moment in 2010 where the disgraced financier sets up former Prince Andrew with a 26-year-old Russian woman, in the same year that the fallen royal told the Kingdom that he severed ties with Epstein.

The Telegram reported:

“In emails to a contact listed as the ‘The Duke’, the convicted sex abuser wrote: “I have a friend who i think you might enjoy having dinner with„ her name is irina she will be london 20-24 [sic].”

In response, the former Duke of York appeared to reply: ‘Of course. I am in Geneva until the morning of 22nd but would be delighted to see her. Will she be bringing a message from you? Please give her my contact details to get in touch.’ […] Epstein later clarified the woman was ‘26, russian, clevere [sic] beautiful, trustworthy and yes she has your email’.”

Another Telegram report, we learn that, in another released email, Epstein claimed that Bill Gates caught an STD after having sex with Russian girls.

Epstein sent a ‘memo to himself’ on July 18 2013, where he writes about a falling out between the two.

“’TO add insult to the injury you them [sic] implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda and the description of your penis’, the email reads.

[…] The revelations about Gates offer the first public details of their relationship after they were photographed together multiple times in previous Epstein Files.”

X says Beijing is disrupting Chinese-language users’ fees.

The social media platform X has accused the Government in Beijing of ‘flooding’ the feed of Chinese-language users with spam and pornography to drown out protests and dissent.

Chinese language users have been complaining that searches for Chinese-language posts on X yield results clogged with ‘spam and illicit ads’.

The Telegraph reported:

“Nikita Bier, the social media platform’s head of product, claimed the Chinese government was to blame for the rise of pornographic spam in response to complaints from users.

He said: ‘The Chinese government floods X search results with porn whenever there is political unrest – to prevent their citizens from finding out real-time information.

This has been a difficult problem to solve but we are aware [and] working on it’.”

X is banned in China since 2009 but remains available in Chinese-speaking regions such as Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
