Platner is a walking disaster area, engulfed in scandals, and no one even believes the horrible stories about him are over. Everyone is waiting for yet another shoe to drop on him.
It’s just amazing to watch as other Democrats and liberals in media continue defending this guy.
House Democrat says Platner has ‘disqualified himself’ from Maine Senate race
Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.) said Friday that she believes Democrat Graham Platner has “disqualified himself” from the Maine Senate race amid a series of escalating allegations about his past behavior toward women.
“I think it’s so distressing, all of the stories that are coming out, and they’re more and more it seems by the hour,” Dean told CNN’s Boris Sanchez during an interview. “I’m not a voter in Maine, but he has disqualified himself in my eyes.”
Platner, a progressive oyster farmer hoping to unseat Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), has been embroiled in controversy since the early days of his campaign. And new scandals emerging this week have threatened to derail his primary bid further, just days before voters go to the polls.
Several of Platner’s former girlfriends made troubling allegations against him in interviews with The New York Times on Thursday, including one who described his past behavior as “unsettling” and another who said he could be physically rough with her at times.

If Democrats continue to stand by Platner, they are going to officially kill the ‘Me Too’ movement, as well as their claims that they believe in country over party.
We knew that was a lie, but they are proving it with their support for this man.
The explanation for this is very simple. It’s fraud. Raman is benefiting from the state’s system of mail-in ballots, which SOMEHOW always benefits the left. Isn’t it fascinating how ballots that are tabulated after the election always benefit just one side?

That’s because he’s been coached on how to present himself, molded to present a specific image — and, in a sense, manufactured.
The truth is he was discovered and coached by a pair of Ivy League-educated radical Democratic socialists, replicating a playbook they’ve used in Nebraska and Iowa. That revelation could be more damaging than the tattoo, sexting women other than his wife, blasting fellow veterans and admitting to masturbating in a port-a-potty, as it strikes at the heart of Platner’s alleged authenticity…
That under-the-radar team are a couple, Yale Law School grad Daniel Moraff and his fiancée, Leanne Fan, an academic with stints at Harvard and the proudly radical University of California-Berkeley.
The pair had originally met while working for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in 2020 and are hardcore members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). They have previously been behind candidates Dan Osborn, running for Senate in Nebraska, and Rep. Summer Lee (D-Pa.), a member of the Keystone State congressional delegation since 2023 and part of the DSA “Squad,” alongside Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.).
Platner actually admitted this to Jon Stewart during an interview in April.
“Last summer, end of July, some people came to my house,” Platner told Stewart while discussing his decision to run for office. “They had been in Maine for a few months… looking for someone to run for US Senate against Susan Collins.”
“They were looking specifically for, like, a kind of working class person on, kind of, working class economic policies,” he continued…
“Yep! And then they looked me up, and they saw that I donated to Bernie Sanders, and they were like ‘Oh!'” Platner continued. “They literally came to my house and said, ‘We think you should run.'”
Democrats in the New York legislature have just passed a bill related to child custody laws that changes words like ‘mother and father’ to ‘gestating parent’ and ‘non-gestating parent.’
They claim this is necessary because of LGBT parents and other non-traditional couples.
It’s beyond George Orwell. Language like this sucks all the humanity out of important words, and it almost seems like that is the goal.
Governor Kathy Hochul has not yet said whether she will sign this into law.
Bill replacing ‘mother’ and ‘father’ with gender-neutral terms passes in New York, heads to Hochul’s desk
New York Democrats recently passed a bill that would remove the words “mother” and “father” from parts of state law, sending the legislation to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s desk for final approval.
Under the new bill, targeting state child custody and parental laws, “mother” becomes “gestating parent,” “father” becomes “non-gestating parent,” and “paternity” becomes “parentage.”
It passed in the state Senate this week after progressing through the Assembly in March.
Democrats who drafted the legislation claimed the wording shift would promote “inclusivity,” while critics claim the change is unnecessary, with the legislative session having ended for the year on Thursday, FOX 5 New York reported.
Hochul said during a news conference that she isn’t familiar with the proposal, but promised to review it.
“I have until the end of the year to review them and make a decision, so I won’t be commenting on pending legislation,” Hochul said.

President Trump on Friday went off on Maryland Governor Wes Moore, saying he halted the renovation of the golf courses at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.
Trump announced plans to “reinstitute the golf courses” with professional golfer and golf course designer Jack Nicklaus last November.
“The Governor of the Great State of Maryland, Wes Moore, has put a halt to all work being done at Joint Base Andrews Air Force Base, concerning the renovation and restoration of their two old and dilapidated Golf Courses, into two, World Class, Jack Nicklaus Designed Courses, plus nine additional holes, also designed by Jack, specially adapted for our Wounded Warriors,” Trump said.
He further accused Moore of “attacking the United States Air Force, and our Military” with the move.
“These Courses exist, they are terrible, Jack Nicklaus will make them GREAT. Why should the Air Force and other Military personnel be forced to wait through a long Legal Review process and, perhaps, even more so, why should Wounded Warriors be forced to travel long distances to play Golf somewhere else or, worse yet, not play Golf at all,” Trump added.

Trump has previously called out Wes Moore over the crime-ridden streets of Baltimore, Maryland, as well as Moore’s “Gross Mismanagement” of a sewage spill in the Potomac River that originated in Maryland.
Far-left rioters once again surrounded the Newark, New Jersey, ICE detention facility on Friday evening after a week of unrest.
Law enforcement clashed with anti-ICE protestors late Thursday. Police arrested two people who traveled to Delaney Hall from out of state and charged them with several offenses.
After several nights of violence, far-left Mayor Ras Baraka decided to pull police away from the ICE facility.
“Given the significant reduction in unrest, the city will begin scaling back its presence at Delaney Hall. After tonight, NPD will focus on traffic management and public safety, ensuring the protection of both protesters and motorists. We urge all protesters to remain peaceful so that attention remains focused on the urgent health and safety needs of detainees and the closing of Delaney Hall.”
Border Czar Tom Homan said the mayor made a bad move.
“They’re going to regret that decision. Look, when I got up there, they weren’t responding to 911 calls. ICE officers were being assaulted in the street. They called; they’re overwhelmed. Police officers didn’t respond, state police didn’t respond. The first thing I did, I met with the state police, I met with the mayor of that city, I met with the police department. I’ve had several conversations with the governor. I said the same thing I did in Minneapolis, you have to do your public safety job,” Homan said on Fox News on Thursday.
Homan was right.
The violent rioters returned on Friday evening and started back up again.
The anti-ICE protestors attacked and damaged vehicles outside of Delaney Hall.
One rioter shattered the windshield of a car as the driver was exiting the facility.

The Los Angeles Mayoral election is becoming increasingly questionable after a damning ballot drop gave Democratic City Councilwoman Nithya Raman a substantial gain, and Los Angeles is expected to continue counting ballots through the weekend.
The nearly 60,000 late mail-in ballots counted on Friday evening gave Raman over 23,000 new votes, while Pratt gained roughly 11,000.
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has already been projected to advance to the November runoff. The top two candidates will advance if no candidate receives more than 50% of the vote.
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, First Assistant US Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli announced on Friday that his office is conducting “multiple election fraud investigations” with the FBI and a “comprehensive audit of California’s voter rolls” with the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.
Assistant US Attorney Robert Renner was also seen observing the ballot processing center in LA County on Friday and reportedly asking questions about the process.
Spencer Pratt and Democrat Councilwoman Nithya Raman are locked in a race to determine who will face incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in a runoff election. Pratt surged with an early lead over Raman, trailing incumbent Democrat Mayor Karen Bass by a slim margin, in early vote results on election night.
However, the late-arriving mail-in votes, which are expected to be roughly a third of the total vote, will take days to arrive under California’s lawless vote-by-mail system.
"The most recent mail-in ballots that were processed are favoring Democrats, as many analysts suggested they would. Inside the ballot processing center here in LA County, any ballot that was postmarked by Election Day, Tuesday, must be counted by law," Fox's Matt Finn reports from outside LA County's ballot processing center.
"The process takes so long, in part because each ballot must have its signature verified, and if there's an issue, there's a 10-day period to have it cured," he continued, noting that it's "very likely" counting will continue into next week.
As ballots continue to be counted-- or "found"-- Pratt's lead over Raman is rapidly diminishing.
As of 3:18 pm ET, Pratt was leading Raman by six points with 64.3% of expected votes counted. Pratt had 29.4% of the vote earlier, while Raman had 23.4%.
But now, as of 8:20 pm, with 71.2% of expected votes counted, Pratt leads by just 3.3% with more than 250,000 ballots outstanding. Patch reports, "Pratt on Friday had a 20,672-vote lead over Raman, down
from 33,076 votes the day before."

The Fulani extremists who attack Christian villages often arrive in groups of more than 100 men, armed with AK-47s, riding motorcycles in pre-dawn raids on farming communities. Gun ownership in Nigeria is restricted under the Firearms Act, which requires presidential or Inspector-General licensing for any firearm and limits civilians to shotguns; a 2019 executive order revoked remaining private licenses.
Many Christian villages are entirely unarmed. Others are defended by hunters carrying homemade, single-shot muzzle-loaders, enough, villagers say, to buy time for families to flee, not to stop an assault. When communities have fought back, police have at times confiscated even those weapons. Through legislative pressure, Nigerian Christians are now pushing for the right to form state-level police forces to defend their homes and families. The constitutional amendment required to do so has not yet cleared the National Assembly.
Open Doors ranks Nigeria the deadliest country on earth for Christians, accounting for 3,490 of the 4,849 Christians killed for their faith worldwide in 2025. The U.S. House Nigeria’s Religious Freedom and Accountability Act of 2026 estimates between 50,000 and 125,000 Christians martyred since 2009, with more than 19,000 churches attacked or destroyed, 72 percent of all Christian martyrs worldwide.
The killing continues: in January 2026, nearly 175 worshippers were abducted from churches in Kaduna State and dozens more killed across Plateau, Benue, and Taraba states, and on May 15, over 80 pupils, students, and teachers were kidnapped in simultaneous attacks in Oyo and Borno states.
Many of the worst attacks on Christian communities occur in remote villages in the Middle Belt and northern regions, areas with limited infrastructure and security forces. Violence happens quickly and without warning, and the government claims that by the time military or police units arrive, the attackers have already fled.
However, many locals report that police or army units were nearby and were even alerted during attacks, yet refused to respond until after the hostilities had ended. By then, Christians lay dead, survivors had been kidnapped, and the attackers had disappeared into remote jungle hideouts.
The federal government controls the only legally recognized police force in the country. Section 214(1) of Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution states that there shall be a Nigeria Police Force, and that “no other police force shall be established for the Federation or any part thereof.” That single sentence has left rural Christian communities legally defenseless.
Nigerian church leaders have concluded that humanitarian appeals are no longer sufficient. Archbishop Ignatius Kaigama of the Abuja Archdiocese framed self-defense as a matter of “natural justice” necessary to protect oneself from “bloodthirsty criminals,” stating that Christians “must rise up” and protect themselves and their communities. A pastor at a separate attack site put it plainly: “We preach, peace, but that must not mean surrender to slaughter. The right to life is sacred, and protecting that life is not a crime.”
Nigeria’s umbrella body for Christian denominations has now moved beyond moral statements to legislative demands. The Christian Association of Nigeria convened the National Church Denominational Leaders Summit 2026 in Abuja on June 2, attended by leaders from the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, the Christian Council of Nigeria, the Christian Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, TEKAN/ECWA and other member bodies, alongside legal practitioners and security experts from all six geopolitical zones.
CAN President Archbishop Daniel Okoh read the communiqué, condemning what he called “barbaric acts of murder, beheading, torture, rape, abduction and forced displacement,” and demanding immediate passage of the State Police Constitution Alteration Bill, legislation that would amend Section 214(1) of the 1999 Constitution, moving policing to the Concurrent List so states can field their own forces alongside the federal NPF. CAN also declared June 14 “Black Sunday,” calling on churches nationwide to mourn victims of violence.
The legislation is now advancing through the process. On June 4, President Tinubu’s Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila briefed correspondents after a consultative meeting at the State House, saying significant progress has been made and a constitutional amendment is expected in the near future, following months of consultations among the Executive, the National Assembly, and security authorities. The meeting included Deputy Senate President Jibrin Barau, Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu, Attorney-General Lateef Fagbemi, and Inspector-General of Police Tunji Disu. Gbajabiamila said the debate has long moved past the question of whether state police should exist and is now focused entirely on the legal and institutional architecture for its operation.
The National Assembly has also been pushed by events. Following the May abductions in Oyo and Borno, the House of Representatives renewed calls for implementation of previously adopted recommendations on decentralizing Nigeria’s security architecture, including the establishment of state police, local government policing units, decentralized courts, and an integrated intelligence and surveillance network.
The bill is not yet passed. Senate spokesperson Yemi Adaramodu confirmed the Senate will immediately resume constitution review work, saying: “State police is a popular demand. The President has signed into it, the state governors too have signed into it, and the National Assembly is in love with it.” The Senate has officially committed to concluding the constitutional amendment process before the end of 2026.
The obstacles are real. The National Assembly had set December 2025 as its deadline and missed it, with political mobilization ahead of elections slowing the process. Critics, including Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria and the pan-Yoruba group Afenifere, have warned that any bill must include strong safeguards to prevent governors from abusing control over state police forces.
For Middle Belt Christians, those procedural concerns are secondary to survival. Nigerians have seen hundreds of suspects arrested over the years and then released, never charged or brought to trial, creating a culture of impunity that continues to erode public trust in the rule of law.
In December 2025, President Tinubu declared that all armed groups operating outside state authority, including bandits, militias, armed gangs, and kidnappers, would be treated as terrorists. However, he did not specifically name the Fulani, and no formal legal terrorist designation by gazette or executive order has been confirmed.
Communities that have endured years of attacks while waiting for the federal government to respond are now demanding the legal right to protect themselves, not through vigilantism, but through constitutional reform that would let their own states field their own police.
The amendment has not yet cleared the National Assembly. But for the first time since 1999, the constitutional barrier to state-level policing appears closer to falling than at any point in Nigeria’s history.
President Donald Trump just exposed yet another example of the radical Democrat regime’s war on hardworking Americans during an agriculture roundtable discussion in Wisconsin, this time, jailing people simply for fixing their own equipment.
Speaking before a crowd that included farmers and agricultural workers, Trump blasted government regulations that restrict Americans from repairing their own equipment and praised efforts to restore “right-to-repair” freedoms.
The president then recounted a case that left him stunned.
“The Democrats have a restriction that if you get caught fixing your tractor, they bring you to jail. You know that?” Trump told the crowd.
“Do you know that I pardoned a man last week who was sentenced to seven years in jail because he got caught fixing his car or his truck?”
Trump said he initially couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
“I said, ‘What did he do?’ Sir, he was fixing his truck.”
“I said, ‘How long is he getting?’ Seven years.”
“I said, ‘Say it again.’ It’s the first time I’ve ever heard it.”
According to Trump, he quickly intervened.
“Like two weeks ago, I gave him a pardon because he had to go to jail because he was fixing his tractor or his truck.”
“So I promise, Ken, if you ever get caught fixing your tractor or truck, I will give you a pardon, okay?”
Trump then turned his fire toward environmental regulations that have long frustrated farmers, truckers, and equipment owners.
“These are the crazy Democrats. That’s what they want,” Trump said before touting his administration’s rollback of the controversial diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) requirements.
“I terminated the ridiculous so-called diesel exhaust fluid requirement.”

A Santa Ana teenager was arrested in connection with a video that went viral last week, showing a customer assaulting a Chipotle worker, police announced Friday.
The incident happened on May 12, according to the Santa Ana Police Department, at a Chipotle in a shopping center located in the 1300 block of W. 17th Street.
A video released by the police department on May 27 shows a young female customer arguing with an employee at the register and hurling a bowl of food at the worker’s chest.
Police initially asked for the public’s help to identify the suspect, who they said fled the shopping center after the assault.
On Friday, the department said, “Thanks to our Correctional Officers and several community members, the suspect was positively identified as Samantha Dominoe Salomon (18) of Santa Ana.”

Bolton was charged for allegedly sending “highly sensitive” classified materials to family members from a private, unsecured email server while he was working at the White House during the first Trump administration and using classified documents to write his book titled “The Room Where It Happened.” The FBI raided Bolton’s home last summer, where they discovered classified emails.
“I was never much of a fan of John Bolton. I never thought he was a smart person,” Trump said, slamming him as a warmonger.
“I used him for a purpose,” Trump added, “but he always wanted to kill people in war, and that was okay for me, as long as I didn’t listen to him, which I never did.”
“He’s a bad guy, John Bolton, he’s a dirty guy, and we caught him,” Trump added.
Trump further described the successful conviction as “a great honor,” adding that he helped “from the standpoint of encouragement.”

Neither proposal has been accepted by the BRICS countries, and neither is feasible. This is why the U.S. dollar will remain the world’s primary reserve and exchange currency, including among BRICS members, whose currencies are all weaker than those of any G7 country.
The Reserve Bank of India has proposed that BRICS nations establish a system allowing cross-border trade and tourism payments to be settled directly in each country’s own national digital currency, bypassing dollar-denominated correspondent banking and SWIFT.
The currencies themselves would remain fully distinct and sovereign; no BRICS currency would be created, elevated, or internationalized. It would not create reserve demand for any BRICS currency and would not affect the dollar’s reserve status.
The proposal has not been adopted by the Indian government, let alone any BRICS partner. In fact, it faces obstacles significant enough to make its realization unlikely on an unlimited timeline. No BRICS nation has fully launched its central bank digital currency. Brazil, Russia, India, and China are in pilot phases; South Africa remains at the research stage. Newer BRICS members Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia remain in the exploratory phase.
Beyond readiness, the technical and political barriers are substantial. For the system to function, interoperable technology standards, common governance rules, and mechanisms to handle trade imbalances across currencies would all need to be negotiated and agreed. Each element presents technical challenges around system interoperability, legal challenges around compatibility with WTO and IMF rules, and political challenges around governance and power distribution.
Establishing trust among participating nations is itself a critical obstacle. The geopolitical record on CBDC cooperation is not encouraging: the most advanced cross-border CBDC project attempted to date, mBridge, which involved China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, saw the Bank for International Settlements exit the project in 2024.
The BIS general manager stated explicitly that the institution “cannot directly support any project for the BRICS” because it cannot operate with sanctioned countries, naming Russia and Iran as BRICS members that trigger that constraint.
On the question of a shared currency, India’s position is unambiguous. At the IT-BT Round Table 2025 in New Delhi, Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal stated: “We are on record. We don’t support any BRICS currency. Imagine us having a currency shared with China. We have no plans. It is impossible to think of a BRICS currency.” Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, speaking at Chatham House in March 2025, called the dollar a “source of international economic stability” and said India has “absolutely no interest” in undermining it.
India is not alone. South Africa’s Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool warned in March 2025 that BRICS members must avoid actions antagonizing the U.S., noting that not even China was actively pursuing de-dollarization at that point, and that Brazil dropped common currency plans from its 2025 BRICS presidency agenda after Trump’s tariff threats. The reluctance is grounded in financial reality.
BRICS currencies are largely non-convertible, and no country, including BRICS members themselves, holds significant reserves in any of the others’ currencies. The yuan’s reserve share had been overtaken briefly by both the Australian and Canadian dollars in global holdings and distrust of it extends within BRICS itself: when Russia demanded in 2023 that India pay for oil in yuan, India refused, insisting on dollars or rupees.
According to the Federal Reserve’s 2025 report, the dollar comprised 58 percent of disclosed global official foreign reserves in 2024, far surpassing the euro at 20 percent, the yen at 6 percent, the pound at 5 percent, and the renminbi at 2 percent. The most recent IMF COFER data for Q4 2025 puts the yuan’s share at 1.95 percent, down from 2.8 percent in 2022, while the ruble, rupee, and rial are nearly absent from global reserve holdings entirely.
The dollar’s decline from roughly 72 percent in 2001 is frequently cited as evidence of a broad abandonment of the greenback. The data do not support that reading. The overwhelming share of that decline is attributable to the creation of the euro and its adoption as the common unit of trade and finance within the eurozone. The euro’s share of global reserves has held at roughly 20 percent for over a decade and has shown no meaningful expansion, according to the European Central Bank.
The euro has not internationalized beyond Europe. The dollar remains the dominant reserve and exchange currency across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. IMF Q2 2025 COFER data further weakens the de-dollarization narrative: 92 percent of the dollar’s reserve share decline in that quarter was driven by exchange-rate effects, not active central bank portfolio changes. Adjusted for constant exchange rates, the dollar’s share edged down only 0.12 percent, indicating central banks largely maintained their dollar holdings.
India’s refusal underscores the internal divisions within BRICS, raising questions about the bloc’s long-term cohesion. A shared currency requires convertibility, reserve depth, and political trust among members, none of which currently exists across the bloc. The dollar, for all the rhetoric directed against it, remains the default.
Any serious path to a BRICS currency, or even a functional multilateral digital payment system, would require BRICS currencies to become hard currencies. They would need to be freely convertible, liquid, stable in value, and backed by deep capital markets and credible institutions operating under the rule of law.
The requirements for reserve-currency status are well established. A currency must be supported by large, open, and liquid financial markets; credible and independent monetary policy; full convertibility with minimal capital controls; transparent governance; and the rule of law. Not one BRICS currency meets these standards.
The ruble is no longer freely convertible and operates under extensive capital controls imposed after the 2022 sanctions. The yuan maintains a closed capital account that restricts the free flow of currency in international markets. This makes it less attractive to central banks and global investors, who require reserve currencies to be freely convertible and readily available during liquidity crises.
The rupee faces major convertibility and volatility concerns that limit its use even in trade between India and Russia. The real and rand are hindered by currency volatility and the relatively small size of their economies and financial systems. The Ethiopian birr ranked as the world’s third-weakest currency in 2025, depreciating more than 165 percent against the dollar in just 15 months.
By contrast, every G7 currency, including the dollar, euro, pound, yen, Canadian dollar, and Swiss franc, is freely convertible, widely held in global reserves, and traded in deep, transparent markets. No BRICS currency comes close.
Until BRICS countries dramatically improve their economies, internationalize their currencies, and convince the rest of the world to accept them, the U.S. dollar will remain king.
An illegal alien from Mexico has been charged after stabbing two women and an infant to death in Modesto, California, after the state of California released him back into the community following four different arrests for driving under the influence.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) previously requested an immigration detainer following his most recent arrest in June 2025, but California refused to cooperate, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced.
Now, he faces felony charges of homicide and cruelty toward a child after the fatal stabbings.
Fabiola Gonzalez-Nunez, 23, and Maria Sylvia Nunez-Villalobos, 54, were pronounced dead at the scene. Gonzalez-Nunez’s infant, Mateo Gonzalez, died at the hospital.
Police believe the 28-year-old, Joaquin Escoto Vazquez, was in a relationship and may share a child with the mother of the murdered infant, 23-year-old Fabiola Gonzalez-Nunez.
Vasquez was found hiding in a nearby residence after fleeing the scene.

DHS said in a press release,
California’s failure to honor ICE detainers has resulted in the release of 4,561 criminal illegal aliens since January 20. The crimes of these aliens include 31 homicides, 661 assaults, 574 burglaries, 184 robberies, 1,489 dangerous drugs offenses, 379 weapons offenses, and 234 sexual predatory offenses.
There are currently 33,179 aliens in the custody of a California jurisdiction with active detainers. The crimes of these aliens include 399 homicides, 3,313 assaults, 3,171 burglaries, 1,011 robberies, 8,380 dangerous drugs offenses, 1,984 weapons offenses, and 1,293 sexual predatory offenses.

ICYMI: A previously deported Mexican illegal alien with four prior DUI arrests has been charged with a triple murder in Modesto, CA after he allegedly stabbed to death a two-week-old baby, the baby's mom, and the baby's grandma. DHS tells @FoxNews that when Joaquin Escoto was arrested for his latest DUI in June 2025, ICE sent a request to the San Joaquin County Jail to be notified if he were to be released, and DHS provided us the request they sent over. Escoto was still released without any heads up to ICE.
San Joaquin County Sheriff Pat Withrow told media outlets that Escsoto was arrested for that DUI at 1am, and he was released at 6am. He says the jail didn't get a fax from ICE requesting notification of his release until 9am.
“We did not do anything wrong here,” Withrow said. “Their hold request came after he was already gone. It wasn’t even a hold. It was just a request to notify them when he was going to be released. He was already gone.”
However, under California's sanctuary laws, DUI is not a serious enough offense to allow cooperation with ICE, so even if the ICE request would have come in sooner, it's unlikely ICE's request would have been honored by San Joaquin County.

“Henry Nowak was stabbed 5 times, then handcuffed and left to die because someone accused him of being racist. We asked UK police what kind of speech could get you arrested. As The Gateway Pundit has reporte in recent days, 18-year-old Henry Nowak, a promising Polish-British university student, was brutally stabbed five times in Southampton on December 3, 2025, by 23-year-old Vickrum Digwa, a British Sikh wielding a large dagger (alongside a kirpan). Digwa then lied to arriving officers, falsely claiming Nowak had racially abused him and assaulted him.
Bodycam footage, released with the family’s permission, shows the dying teenager pleading “I’ve been stabbed” and “I can’t breathe” repeatedly while officers handcuffed him on the ground.
One officer even replied, “I don’t think you have, mate.” Nowak died in police custody, humiliated and in handcuffs, because the system prioritized a false “racism” allegation over a bleeding victim.
Digwa was later convicted of murder and sentenced to life with a minimum of 21 years. The judge explicitly found no evidence of racism by Nowak and condemned Digwa’s lies as the direct cause of the victim’s degrading final moments.
Now, new footage from Muckraker reveals the sick culture behind it all.
In the video, Muckraker approaches UK police officers and asks what kind of speech can get someone arrested. Their answers are chilling — and exactly what you would expect from a country that has abandoned the principle of free speech.
When Muckraker asked how police determine whether a statement qualifies as racism, one officer responded bluntly:
“Anything racist.”
Pressed further about who decides what is racist, the officer offered an even more alarming explanation.
“If the victim feels that they’ve been racially abused or anything like that, yeah, they can be arrested.”
The reporter then asked what happens if the accused person denies the allegation.
The officer replied:
“We listen to the allegation. Any allegations given, they can be arrested.”
Asked whether that decision is based on police judgment, the officer responded:
“Based on my judgment.”
Another officer explained that speech complaints frequently result in criminal enforcement actions.
“As long as you’re not racist, homophobic, inciting violence, you’re fine.”
The officer later clarified that repeat offenders could face prison.
When Muckraker questioned what specifically constitutes “racism” or “homophobia,” officers struggled to provide a clear legal standard.
One officer admitted that the system largely revolves around whether someone claims to be offended.
“It works on people taking offense. So if someone is harassed, alarmed, distressed by that kind of language, then that brings us into question.”
Even more concerning, the officer acknowledged that many of these cases ultimately come down to subjective interpretations that are sorted out after an arrest has already been made.
“It’s an opinion. So what happens is you get arrested and then that gets hashed out in court.”

Britain now makes over 12,000 arrests per year — roughly 30 per day — for “grossly offensive” online messages and communications under laws that criminalize causing “annoyance,” “inconvenience,” or “anxiety.”

The rights of a dying white teenager were subordinated to the narrative protection of a “protected minority” who had just stabbed him five times and filmed his suffering.
Farage was right: the accusation of a racial slur is treated more seriously than actual violence in modern Britain.
Even during the interview with Muckraker, one officer even warned him: “Also, mate, be careful walking around with your camera and your phone like that… There’s a lot of thefts going around also.” (The irony writes itself.)

UK police bodycam footage shows 18-year-old Henry Nowak pleading with officers after he was stabbed by a Sikh man named Vickrum Digwa.
Nowak, an accounting and finance student, was walking home from a night out in Southampton on December 3, 2025, when Digwa, 23, stabbed the teen 5 times with an 8-inch knife.

The police did not believe Nowak until it was too late.
“I don’t think you have, mate,” the officer told Nowak.
Moments later, Nowak is seen lying on the ground, lifeless.

The event in Chippewa Falls, part of Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional District, comes as Democrats target the congressional seat held by Rep. Derrick Van Orden.
Trump is taking his pro-American agriculture on the road ahead of the midterms.
WCCO’s sister station in Milwaukee, WDJT, spoke with farmers and residents ahead of the president’s visit in Chippewa County, where he locked down more than 60% of the vote in 2024. Most said they support him and his policies, but many said they want to hear his “plans to help the little guy.”
“I have faith in it, you know what I mean?” said Chippewa Falls resident Peggy Peters. “I haven’t seen a whole lot recently, but I think it is going to happen, if that makes any sense. You know, something that is a work in progress, obviously. You know, he has a lot to do.”
“Under my leadership, we are making landmark investments to empower farmers to Make America Healthy Again by improving soil health, enhancing water quality, and strengthening our food and fiber supply — all while boosting long-term efficiency. We are forging a prosperous future defined by fair trade, new markets for homegrown commodities, and enhanced supply chain resilience to protect our Nation’s most cherished resources.” Trump said in a proclamation last week on National Agriculture Day.
“We are also putting an end to the era of excessive regulations that have stifled productivity, increased equipment costs, and left American farmers and ranchers behind. And to further support our incredible farmers, I proudly delivered over $40 billion in assistance after they endured years of unfair trade practices from foreign countries and failed policies from the previous administration,” Trump wrote.

In its fifth year, the Russia-Ukraine war continues unabated, with heavy drone-missile strikes back and forth.
Yesterday (4), Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky released an open letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, proposing a meeting between the two leaders to negotiate an end to the war.
Zelensky also said he was ready for a ‘full ceasefire’.
“In his letter, which the president’s office said had been sent to other countries, including the United States, Zelenskiy said the majority of Russians had grown tired of Ukrainian missile and drone attacks, inflation and fuel shortages, and were ready for peace.
Zelenskiy said that with the United States focused on the conflict in Iran ‘it would be wrong to simply wait until the war in Europe returns to the center of its attention’.
And the path to peace, he said, had to start at the frontline, ‘the line from which diplomacy must begin’. Ukraine, Zelenskiy said, stood for ‘a full ceasefire for the duration of the negotiations. This is standard practice’.”

“Putin publicly responded to a recent letter from Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, in which Zelensky insulted Putin, threatened Russia with more drone strikes, and then invited Putin to so-called peace talks. Putin picked the letter apart, questioning Zelensky’s insistence that the EU – and not the US – should provide Ukraine with security guarantees, and pressing the Ukrainian leader on his refusal to hold elections and “usurpation” of power since his term expired in 2024.
Russia is always ready for serious negotiations, he declared, adding that he would not meet Zelensky “just for the sake of meeting.” Putin noted that the last time Russia entered negotiations with Ukraine and its European backers in good faith, the resulting Minsk agreements “were about one thing: that is saving more time for the rearmament of Ukraine. Why would we need anything like this once again?”
Putin revealed for the first time that an unnamed businessman called him last month and said that he had been invited to Kiev to meet with Zelensky’s officials. Kiev used the meeting as a backchannel to request a sit-down with Putin, but Ukrainian forces struck a college dormitory in Lugansk with multiple waves of kamikaze drones a day later, killing 21 people, mainly teenage girls. ‘I asked him, what does it mean? They are asking for a meeting, and they carry out such atrocious, blatant attacks as the killing of children’, Putin recalled his conversation with the businessman after the attack. ‘They said ‘I’ve got no explanation’.”

Hopkinton Public Schools in Massachusetts has a policy that carves out a specific religious exception to its strict no-weapons rule, allowing initiated Sikh students to carry a ceremonial knife known as a kirpan on school grounds, while prohibiting knives, guns, replicas, and other weapons for every other student.
The policy, formally created in 2024, makes Hopkinton the first school district in the state to explicitly accommodate the kirpan for Sikh students.
These policies have received new scrutiny following the sentencing of Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old Sikh man convicted of murdering 18-year-old British university student Henry Nowak in Southampton, England, on December 3.

Under the district’s general weapons policy, possession of any “dangerous weapon” is banned on school premises, at school-sponsored events, or on school transport. This includes guns, knives, pocket knives, slingshots, brass knuckles, explosives, ammunition, and even replicas or toys that resemble weapons.
Violations can lead to suspension, expulsion, police referral, and possible exclusion by the School Committee.
However, the policy includes a dedicated section titled “Considerations for Recognized Religious Artifacts Resembling Weapons.”
It directs that sacred religious articles must be approved annually before the start of each school year or before the student begins carrying the item. The district evaluates exceptions based on school safety and reserves the right to suspend permission during specific events.

Under the Kirpan Wear on Campus agreement, the student must have a “deeply held religious belief” and have completed the Amrit Pahul initiation ceremony, maintain a record of “appropriate school behavior,” and the blade must be dull, no longer than 3.0 inches, sheathed and secured, and worn under clothing at all times so it is not visible.
Superintendent Carol Cavanaugh said during a 2024 School Committee meeting that some Sikh students already wore the kirpan under their clothing as a “required article of faith.”
“We wanted to ensure that this was also reflected in our policy…there are students who carry kirpans; it is their religious right to do so,” she said, according to a report from Hop News at the time.
The Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund (SALDEF) praised the district for becoming the first in Massachusetts to accommodate the practice, calling it a “significant step forward in recognizing religious rights.”
Multiple American school districts have implemented formal policies, court-ordered accommodations, or case-by-case agreements allowing initiated Sikh students to carry kirpans on campus, while having general weapons bans for everyone else.
Livingston Union School District in California began allowing students to carry the blades in the 1990s after three Sikh siblings were initially barred from wearing kirpans under the district’s no-knives rule.
After a federal lawsuit (Cheema v. Thompson), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the district must make “all reasonable efforts” to accommodate the religious practice.
The case settled, with the children allowed to wear kirpans sewn into their sheaths so they could not be drawn.
California’s Yuba City Unified, Live Oak School District, Jurupa Unified School District, and Central Unified School District also have exceptions for these weapons.
Other districts include Michigan’s Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, New York’s Greenburgh Central School District, and National Heritage Academies charter schools.
Sikh civil-rights organizations such as the Sikh Coalition and SALDEF state that “public school districts nationwide routinely provide accommodations” for Sikh students to wear kirpans from elementary through high school, both public and private. Accommodations are often handled individually but follow similar safety protocols.
A federal judge on Friday struck down President Trump’s asylum policies in a scathing rebuke.

“I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover,” Trump wrote on Truth Social last year.
“Only REVERSE MIGRATION can fully cure this situation,” he said.
Judge McConnell blasted Trump’s “anti-immigrant animus” in his 135-page opinion.
“The Government effectively invites the Court to shut its eyes and ignore the strong evidence of anti-immigrant animus before it,” the judge wrote, according to CNN. “Doing so would require profound naiveté on the Court’s part. Unfortunately for the Government, that is an invitation that this Court will have to decline.”
A federal judge struck down a series of Trump administration policies targeting asylum seekers and immigrants seeking benefits in a scathing court ruling Friday.
Last year, the administration indefinitely suspended asylum adjudications and froze immigration applications for people who fell under the travel ban, among other measures, leaving millions of immigrants in the United States in legal limbo.
Judge John J. McConnell Jr. acknowledged that uncertainty in his 135-page opinion.
“(T)he Challenged Policies placed the lives of countless individuals on hold – solely by virtue of their countries of birth,” wrote McConnell, a nominee of former President Barack Obama. “Over six months later, many of those individuals remain without work, without legal status, and without any meaningful ability to plan for their futures.”
McConnell went on to lambast what he described as “strong evidence of anti-immigrant animus.”

The ultra-popular YouTube kids’ channel Cocomelon, watched by millions of babies and toddlers, posted celebrating Pride on Instagram.
Nickelodeon’s Peppa Pig, aimed at ages 2-5, posted on social media, “Happy Pride Month to all our friends!” with a rainbow emoji.
The full caption reads, “We’re celebrating the joy of being yourself and the many wonderful families and friendships that make our world special.”
The video was a cartoon about having “two mommies.”
PBS’s Sesame Street posted a rainbow-colored image of the characters with the message: “Happy #PrideMonth from Sesame Street! Join us in celebrating and uplifting the LGBTQIA+ members of our community. Everyone is always welcome on Sesame Street.”
The post triggered a wave of angry replies on X, including “Kids don’t need to know who y’all are f-cking,” “Another kids show,” and “Why on earth is a kids show promoting pride… That sends a message to me that they think it’s ok for toddlers… to know about ANY kind of sex.”
The same brands have faced criticism in prior years for similar social media posts, drag queen appearances in kids’ programming, such as Nickelodeon’s past Blue’s Clues Pride Parade, and the introduction of same-sex parent characters.

Four violent D.C.-area youths had the tables turned on them after trying to rob a Marine veteran of his vehicle.
As FOX 5 DC reported, an Oxen Hill, Maryland man named Jheyco Borda was operating on his vehicle near Oxon Hill High School around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday when four teenagers sauntered up to him on the sidewalk.
Oxon Hill is a suburb in Maryland located just southeast of D.C.
Video shared by FOX 5 DC next shows the youths cornering Borda at the bed of his truck. One youth wearing a red, white, and blue sweatshirt then pulls out a pistol and points it at the veteran’s head, demanding his car keys and phone.
But Borda remembers his Marine training. He flips the tables on the armed thug and takes advantage of a momentary lapse from his tormentor.
He bravely grabs the suspect holding the gun and wrestles him for the weapon.
Fearing for their own safety and freedom, two of the other youths dash down the residential street, while another nervously walks aimlessly around the vehicle.
Borda’s brother later runs out of the house to help his sibling with the first youth. While a gunshot rang out, nobody was struck.
Borda’s brother then targets the second remaining thung. Both brothers soon successfully subdued them until Prince George’s County police arrived.

All four suspects were then taken into custody and remain in jail.
Borda spoke with FOX 5 DC following the incident and credited his Marine Corps hand-to-hand combat training for allowing him to escape danger.
“Once a Marine, always a Marine,” Borda said. “It took me just one split second. We went to training for the Marines, and that came out right at the moment.”
FOX 5 DC reports that Prince George’s County Police are seeking anyone with additional information about the incident to contact them immediately.

In 2025, The Gateway Pundit reported that an Arkansas father, Aaron Spencer, who killed a man he discovered in a car with his 14-year-old daughter last year, announced that he is running for sheriff in Lonoke County after the system failed his daughter.
As TGP’s Brian Lupo previously reported, Spencer called the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department on October 8, 2024, to report his missing 14-year-old daughter.
While deputies were en route to his home, Spencer called back around 1:12 am to inform dispatch that he had found his daughter in a truck with Michael Fosler, a 67-year-old man.
After pursuing Fosler, there was a vehicle crash, at which point an altercation allegedly ensued. Spencer shot Fosler during the altercation.
Fosler had previously been arrested and booked in July by another agency for internet stalking of a child and sexual assault, according to Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley.
In October 2024, Spencer was initially charged with the second-degree murder of Fosler.
Now, according to court records obtained by Fox News Digital, “Special Circuit Court Judge Ralph Wilson Jr. dismissed the charges against Spencer on Thursday.”
The judge cited law enforcement’s mishandling of dash-camera and SD card evidence from Spencer’s truck, adding a dismissal is “an extraordinary and extreme remedy” in any criminal case.
“However, based on the totality of the circumstances and the unique, specific, and particular facts and circumstances of this case, the Court finds that conduct by law enforcement was so egregious that dismissal of this case is warranted,” the judge wrote.
Spencer’s defense team argued that law enforcement lost a critical SD card that may have contained video footage of the altercation — and failed to provide any documentation about when it went missing or how it disappeared.
The judge ruled that “the loss or destruction of the internal SD memory card of the dash camera has adversely impaired the Defendant’s ability to defend himself pursuant to these defenses, and thus his right to a fair trial,” according to court documents.
In his decision to run, Spencer noted that the justice system failed to protect his daughter.
“This campaign isn’t about me… It’s about every parent, every neighbor, every family who deserves to feel safe in their homes and safe in their community.”

Senate Republicans on Friday passed a nearly $70 billion reconciliation package to fund immigration operations through the end of Trump’s presidency.
RINO Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski was the lone Republican no vote.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday that Senate Republicans voted to advance the legislation.
The bill will finally fund Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), but this only comes after the Trump administration scrapped the $1.776 billion weaponization fund.
The bill will also not fund Trump’s military installations or security in the White House Ballroom.
Trump previously called for Republicans to pass the bill by June 1, but lawmakers revolted against the President’s agenda and held the funding for immigration agents hostage.
The Senate voted on Friday morning to finally send the bill to the House of Representatives, where it is expected to pass next week.
Some Republicans reportedly expressed concerns because the bill does not prevent Trump from restoring his anti-weaponization fund to compensate victims of Biden-era lawfare.
Other attempts were made to block the construction of Trump's White House Ballroom entirely. Six Republicans, Susan Collins (ME), Jon Husted (OH), Jerry Moran (KS), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Dan Sullivan (AK), and Thom Tillis (NC), voted in favor of Democrat Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley's failed amendment to require Congressional approval for the construction.
The Senate voted early Friday morning to pass a $69.5 billion budget reconciliation package to fund immigration enforcement operations through 2029, overcoming the concerns of several Republicans who were upset the bill did not include language barring the Trump administration from creating a $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund to pay MAGA allies.
The legislation passed 52-47, taking Republicans one big step closer to ensuring that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol are funded through the end of President Trump’s second term.
The Senate finally passed the bill Friday morning after voting on a marathon series of motions and amendments to alter it over the course of more than 18 hours.
Those amendments would have added language to address affordability, or to block the Trump administration from building a White House ballroom and establishing the “anti-weaponization” fund. Several amendments saw vulnerable Republicans break with their party to vote in favor of the proposals.
President Trump said he wants Bill Pulte, his incoming acting director of national intelligence, to begin the process of firing a large number of employees as part of a shake-up of the U.S. intelligence community.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal on Friday, Trump said he has privately told Pulte that he believes the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, or ODNI, which oversees 18 federal intelligence agencies and units, is “unnecessary and/or too big.”
“I’d like to see it smaller. I think there are a lot of people in there that shouldn’t be there,” Trump said, pointing to holdovers from the Biden and Obama administrations. Asked whether he is calling on Pulte to fire people, Trump said he wants him to “start the process,” adding that his eventual nominee to serve in the role permanently should continue that work.
Trump stunned many of his own advisers when he said earlier this week that he was appointing Pulte, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, as his intelligence chief. The move was met with skepticism from some Republicans on Capitol Hill, who raised concerns about Pulte’s lack of national-security experience.

Bill Pulte is currently the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the chairman of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
“I am appointing the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and Chairman of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, William J. Pulte, to serve as Acting Director of National Intelligence,” Trump said.
“William has deep experience managing the most sensitive matters in America, the safety and soundness of the Markets, and over 10 Trillion Dollars at Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, a substantial increase from where it was just 12 months ago. During this period, he will remain Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and Chairman of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Congratulations to Director Pulte!” he added.
On Thursday, President Trump told reporters at the White House that Pulte is serving only as the Acting DNI and that he is interviewing other candidates for the permanent position.
Three Republican Senators on Thursday joined the Democrats and voted to block Bill Pulte from serving as the Acting Director of National Intelligence.
RINO Senators Cassidy, Collins and Murkowski voted for a Democrat sponsored amendment that would bar a Senate-confirmed head of another department from serving as Acting DNI.
Senator Mark Warner introduced the amendment to block Pulte from serving as Acting DNI.
Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) went off on Senator Mazie Hirono (D-HI) during a Thursday committee hearing, where she shamelessly defended violent illegal alien criminals, including murderers, rapists, and fraudsters.
During the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, titled “Protecting American Citizenship III: Denaturalization and its Constitutional Limits,” Horino went on an unhinged tirade, accusing the Trump Administration of “terrorizing immigrant communities” and defending immigrants who are convicted of heinous crimes.
“I happen to be the only naturalized citizen sitting on this committee, and I am horrified by the implication that naturalized citizens basically get second-class citizenship,” she screeched. “As a naturalized citizen, I’m proud of it. I can’t think of a more undemocratic, un-American thing to do to someone who chooses to become a US citizen to hold this over their heads and treat us like second-class citizens.”
The hearing focused on Senator Schmitt’s Stop Citizenship Abuse and Misrepresentation (SCAM) Act, which would expand the federal government’s authority to “revoke the citizenship of certain individuals who demonstrate through their involvement with fraud, other serious felonies, or terrorist organizations that they never met the statutory requirements for citizenship,” according to Schmitt’s office.
Hirono claims this would “impose even more requirements on naturalized citizens than we do on citizens.”
“We can talk about people 10 years later who commit murder, heinous acts, but the SCAM act also allows people to be prosecuted for welfare fraud,” she admitted in her attack on the bill. Still, she claimed that “anybody” could be accused of welfare fraud, and “24 million people who are naturalized in our country are going to be subjected to this kind of so-called oversight.”
“To say the least, it’s more than astounding. Should be unconstitutional,” she said.

Schmitt then went off on Hornio, slamming her for defending rapists, murderers, terrorists, and foreign fraudsters.
“Speaking of astounding, your comments are astounding, Senator,” Schmitt opened his comments. “You mention a few words: horrific. I think, to the American taxpayer, that’s been ripped off by people who came to this country to rip them off, that’s horrific.”
“You talk about bizarre,” he said as Hirono attempted to interrupt, then he fired back, “No, no, no. It’s my time now. It’s my time. You went over time. It’s my time.”
“Bizarre is the idea that you would be here in this committee defending violent murderers from being deported. That you would be defending violent rapists from being deported. That you would defend people who took advantage of the good people of this country, their taxpayer dollars. That is bizarre,” Schmitt continued after the interruption. “A terrorist who kills American citizens, you know what’s bizarre is your defense of that. So, forgive me if your 24 million Americans should be— or nationalized citizens, should be afraid, that’s ridiculous.”
“No, no, no, you have nothing but fear mongering. Here, what I’m saying in this bill is, if you do those things, the American people, if you take advantage of taxpayers– You’re not recognized,” he continued over Hirono’s repeated attempts to interrupt.
“If you commit a terrorist act, if you commit wholesale welfare fraud within 10 years, you’re damn right we’re deporting you! If you’re convicted— it’s not being accused of anything— if you are convicted in a court of law of these crimes, absolutely, we should not only convict you, but we should deport you. Gone!”
Schmitt concluded his scathing rebuke, telling the disgraced Senate Democrat, “And if you think that’s some sort of like negative assertion towards me, I’ll take it. I love it. That’s what we should be doing more of in this country because people are coming here, and they’re ripping off taxpayers, and I, for one, don’t want to see it anymore. And if you want to have that debate in public, we can do it, but that’s what this hearing is about: to examine the SCAM Act. So, I just like to expose a few of your lies in your most recent dissertation on the dias here.”
