Federal agents with the FBI and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department executed a dramatic early-morning raid on a residential property in northeast Las Vegas this weekend after investigators uncovered what appears to be a fully operational illegal biological laboratory inside a private home.

Refrigerators containing unknown liquids and vials of suspected biological material were found inside the residence, prompting an aggressive response from HazMat teams, SWAT units, and FBI specialists due to the potential threat presented by the materials, The Hill reported.

At least one individual was taken into custody in connection with the Las Vegas raid, identified by local officials as a 55-year-old property manager, Ori Solomon.

He is currently booked on felony charges linked to the improper disposal of hazardous waste, though investigators continue to determine the full scope of charges that may arise.

Property records reveal that the Las Vegas home is owned by “David Destiny Discovery, LLC,” according to The Sun.

If that name sounds familiar, it should. It is a shell company registered to Jia Bei Zhu (also known as David He), the very same Chinese national who ran the illegal Reedley, California biolab exposed in 2023.

Zhu, a fugitive from Canada with deep ties to the Chinese government, is currently in federal custody.

The FBI has taken the lead in analyzing the more than 1,000 samples collected from the scene, with evidence transported to federal laboratories for further testing.

Sheriff’s officials report that investigators are proceeding “methodically” to identify the substances and determine whether criminal activity involving biological agents is at play.

Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA) is already sounding the alarm, demanding immediate hearings.

“An illegal bio lab was just raided in Vegas. It is directly linked to the secret Chinese lab found in California in 2023, which was oozing with E. Coli, HIV, and Malaria. Congress must pass our bill to find these illegal labs and shut them all down,” Kiley wrote on X.

As The Gateway Pundit reported in 2023, an illegal bio lab was discovered in a believed-to-be vacant building in Reedley, California in Fresno County on March 3.

City code enforcement stumbled upon the building in December 2022 when they discovered a garden hose running up into the building through a hole in the wall.  In March, they obtained a warrant to inspect the property, and in April, the Fresno County Department of Public Health ordered an inspection of the facility.

Investigators inspected the building that contained the lab in July and found a room used to make COVID-19 tests and pregnancy tests.  They also found over 35 freezers and refrigeration units that contained “thousands of bodily fluids, serums, tissues, and other medical items.”

The company alleged to be running the lab, Prestige BioTech, is based out of Nevada and is the successor to Universal Meditech, Inc (UMI).  In Dec. 2022, the FDA announced a recall over 56,000 “Skippack Medical Lab” Rapid Anti-Gen COVID-19 tests distributed by UMI to California and Texas.

Another representative of Prestige BioTech, David He, dodged questions regarding accountability and ownership of the company and whether or not they were properly disposing of the hundreds of dead mice.  Prestige would not confirm if the biologics contained in the lab were theirs.

Prestige BioTech was able to operate 35 freezers and refrigeration devices without anyone questioning the electrical draw that would be required for a building that “was supposed to be vacant,” according to City Manager Nicole Zieba.  When investigators entered the building on July 5th, however, the power to the refrigerators and freezers “was lost” but the biological samples were still frozen.

Court documents show that “48 containers (appx. 44 gallons per container) full of biological material and medical waste” were removed on one day followed by another 31 the next day for a total of 75 containers full of biological material and medical waste.

According to court documents reported by NBC News, “the other addresses provided for identified authorized agents were either empty offices or addresses in China that could not be verified.”

Recent findings indicate that Prestige Biotech, officially registered in Nevada, lacked authorization to operate in California.

City of Reedley code enforcement officials engaged with Xiuqin Yao, identified as the President of Prestige Biotech in emails and legal documents. Yao disclosed that the company was the primary creditor of Universal Meditech (UMI), Inc., a company that filed for bankruptcy. UMI had moved from Fresno to a warehouse in Reedley after an electrical fire and subsequently ceased operations. NBC News reports that Prestige Biotech was not only a creditor to UMI but was also named as its successor in legal filings.

A once-high-ranking executive at a major Chicago safety-net hospital has been taken into custody in Serbia, nearly two years after federal authorities accused him of orchestrating one of the biggest alleged COVID-19 fraud schemes in U.S. history.

Anosh Ahmed, the former chief financial officer of Loretto Hospital, was arrested in Belgrade on Nov. 30, 2025, according to court filings.

Ahmed, who fled the United States after facing initial fraud charges, now remains in Serbian custody as federal prosecutors prepare a formal extradition request.

The CFO reported:

Per the latest court filing, the United States government first received notice of Ahmed’s arrest in Serbia on Nov. 30, 2025. Shortly after learning of his arrest, the American government told the eastern European country it intended to seek extradition and submitted a formal “extradition package” on Jan. 23.

U.S. officials said they learned on Dec. 30, 2025, that a Serbian court denied Ahmed’s petition to be released to a Belgrade hotel and ordered him to remain in Serbian custody.

As of now, Ahmed’s trial date is set for July 2026, though that’s subject to a pending request by Ahmed’s attorney to push the trial to September 2026, according to the filing.

Ahmed has been accused of orchestrating a “single, widespread scheme to submit more than $800 million in false claims to the United States Health Resources and Services Administration for reimbursement of COVID-19 testing of uninsured individuals,” the filing stated. The scheme unfolded from June 2021 through March 2022, according to the filing, which was submitted by the office of U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois Andrew Boutros.

As part of the scheme, Ahmed and others are accused of accessing personal data of more than 150,000 patients to get reimbursement for COVID-19 tests that were never administered.

Ahmed also came under controversy in the early days of the pandemic when vaccinations first began rolling out on a limited basis. Back in 2021, Ahmed and other Loretto Hospital execs held vaccination events at high-end locations, including watch dealers and Trump Tower in Chicago. That runs in contrast to Loretto’s mission as a safety-net hospital.

Another day, another socialist millionaire in Congress.

It turns out Ilhan Omar isn’t the only member of the far-left “Squad” getting rich while denouncing capitalism. New reports reveal that Massachusetts Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley has seen her family’s net worth explode since entering the swamp in 2018.

According to a bombshell report from Fox News, highlighted by Kayleigh McEnany and David Asman, the “anti-capitalist” Squad member has gone from a negative net worth when she was elected to holding assets worth up to $8 MILLION today.

Back in 2018, when Pressley first ran for Congress, her financial disclosures showed a negative net worth of around -$12,500 to modest figures, with limited assets.

Fast-forward to her 2024 disclosures (filed in 2025), and the picture is dramatically different: Pressley now reports assets valued between $1 million and $8 million, including a luxurious Martha’s Vineyard rental property worth up to $5 million and multiple Boston rental properties valued up to $1 million each.

In 2019, she only reported one Boston property. How does a congressional salary of $174,000 account for this massive windfall?

A key piece of the puzzle points directly to her husband, Conan Harris.

Just three days before Pressley was sworn into Congress in January 2019, Harris resigned from his $92,500-a-year position as a senior public safety adviser in then-Mayor Martin Walsh’s Boston City Hall administration.

He immediately launched his own consulting firm, Conan Harris & Associates.

Ethics experts raised red flags at the time, warning that the timing could create the appearance of profiting off Pressley’s rising political profile.

Harris, a convicted felon who served 10 years in prison for drug trafficking before turning his life around, cited the need for “professional flexibility” to support his wife’s career.

Yet his income reportedly tripled and more, reaching up to $350,000 by 2021 and even higher in subsequent years through consulting gigs with nonprofits, businesses, and organizations tied to government initiatives.

Pressley’s disclosures show the couple pulling in significant rental income, up to $350,000 in one recent year from property sales and rents, including from that posh Martha’s Vineyard home purchased in 2023.

While Pressley postures as a champion of the working class and demands rent relief for tenants, she’s quietly become a major landlord reaping capitalist profits.

Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins, the city’s first Democrat mayor in nearly three decades, openly declared her intention to hamstring cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and severely limit local enforcement of federal immigration laws, a move that will turn Miami into a sanctuary city by stealth.

Higgins, who defeated Trump-endorsed candidate Emilio Gonzalez, is wasting no time pushing a dangerous, open-borders agenda.

Speaking on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” on CBS News Sunday, Higgins acknowledged that Miami is currently complying with Florida’s state-mandated cooperation with ICE, but made clear she intends to furl out that cooperation to the bare minimum.

Margaret Brennan:
Mayor Higgins, nearly 7% of Florida is undocumented, according to you. In Miami, the police cooperate with ICE. But you, during your campaign, were very critical of that decision to cooperate. Can you change the policy without the governor being on board?

Mayor Eileen Higgins:
The governor issued a requirement that local municipalities cooperate with ICE, and many municipalities, including the City of Miami, before I became mayor, signed that agreement. It is very difficult to unwind. It would take a vote of our city commission to do so.

So obviously, as mayor, I intend to comply with the law. And so what we have done in our 1,500-person police department is we have trained three individuals—should ICE call—who are able to answer that call and work with them. Obviously, we’re going to comply with the law, but we are not going to help beyond that.

Because in my community, in South Florida, we are the most affected. ICE and its tactics have been in my community for over a year. They have been causing great fear and terror among our residents. I cannot go anywhere without meeting someone—my brother, my uncle, my sister—“Alligator Alcatraz.” No sabemos dónde está. We don’t know where they have been taken. And that has been going on for months.

It is inhumane. It is cruel. I’m a Catholic. We can barely grapple with the lack of humanity around all this. And then what we have—very differently from any other community in Miami-Dade County, which we are part of—is that approximately 15% of our population has TPS.

So you’re talking Temporary Protected Status. You’re talking about between 250,000 and 300,000 individuals who have slowly but surely, as they’ve lost status, become overnight “illegals” in the eyes of the federal government.

And this enforcement in our Nicaraguan community, our Hondureño community, our Venezuelan community, has driven many people into hiding. Children are not going to school, and obviously ICE is deporting them.

Tuesday night, we face a very dire situation. Our Haitian community loses its access to TPS at midnight. Twenty percent of TPS recipients with Haitian status are in health care. On Wednesday, we are talking about nursing homes, home health care aides, hospitals, nurses, physician assistants—all of them are going to be out of a job when they wake up on Wednesday morning.

Margaret Brennan:
Because their legal pathway and status are going to be revoked, and suddenly they become…

Mayor Eileen Higgins:
—unnecessarily. Haiti is not safe. Venezuela is not safe. TPS should be extended immediately for Venezuelans. It was erased with a stroke of a pen. It could be put in place with a stroke of a pen.

TPS for Haitian immigrants should absolutely, positively be extended. Our economy is at stake, and our humanity is at stake.

Democrats love to brag about a win, but their human Ponzi scheme might be nearing a collapse.

They cling to isolated election results like life rafts, using them to convince themselves and others that all is well.

Even as Democrats celebrated a surprise state special election victory in Texas over the weekend, a far less friendly reality surfaced on far-left CNN.

That reality check came from Harry Enten, the network’s chief data analyst, who advised his Democratic viewers against reading too much into that and other recent victories.

Such wins might be comforting but are misleading, as presidential election years are the ones that see the major turnout.

“In politics, we often lose sight of the long term because we’re so focused in on the short term,” Enten said Sunday, while homing in on population trends.

Those trends, he warned, should alarm Democrats and encourage Republicans because Americans are leaving blue states and moving to red ones.

Enten pointed out that the states experiencing the largest population gains since the 2020 Census are Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona – all states that were carried by President Donald Trump in 2024.

At the same time, he noted what he described as a “blue state depression.”

That decline is driven mostly by residents fleeing Democratic strongholds like California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, and Massachusetts – all states carried by Kamala Harris.

Apparently, productive residents leave when taxes are suffocating, crime is tolerated, housing is unattainable, and leaders are openly hostile to the actual people funding the system.

Why would anyone stay in a place that treats them like a problem when there are alternatives?

A Californian can move to Texas or Florida and immediately stop paying higher taxes to support bloated bureaucracies and failed social experiments.

Voters in Minnesota and other “blue wall” states are reaching similar conclusions as they watch their leaders’ priorities in the post-COVID era.

And according to Enten, the consequences go well beyond state politics. He explained that if current population trends hold through 2030, Democrats would lose seven seats in the U.S. House due to reapportionment.

Republican states would gain seven.

Then Enten made a point Democrats don’t want to hear.

Applying current population estimates to the Electoral College — in which a state’s number of votes depends on its number of representatives in the House and Senate — he explained that the traditional Democratic strategy no longer works.

Even if Democrats carried their base states plus Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, that path would fall short.

Under those estimates, Democrats would reach only 263 electoral votes, which is below the 270 needed to win.

The “blue wall,” as Enten showed, is no longer enough.

Democrats might be crazy, but those at the top aren’t as stupid as the party’s street thugs and understand this.

That is why their reaction to Trump’s immigration enforcement is so hysterical. Their long-term strategy is set.

They want to continue to replace lost residents with immigrants. Legal or illegal, the key is ensuring they are all counted in the next Census at least once.

People with the means to leave blue states are doing so in large numbers, and so Democrats rely on incoming numbers to stave off a collapse.

Years of failed leadership are finally catching up with them, and like with any Ponzi scheme, they constantly need new capital invested to stay afloat.

In this case, the capital is foreign nationals, and as long as enough of them keep coming, Democrats can afford to write the check for those leaving.

A Democratic member of Congress who was caught texting Jeffrey Epstein during a House hearing has had even more connections to Epstein exposed in the latest Epstein files document dump.

According to a series of 2014 emails, which came several years after Epstein’s Florida conviction on sex crimes, Democratic Delegate from the U.S. Virgin Islands Stacey Plaskett arranged to visit Epstein’s island, according to political news outlet NOTUS.

“Will you be able to meet with Jeffrey on his island on Monday Aug. 18th at 11 am?” an Epstein assistant asked Plaskett.

Plaskett was noted in the files touching base with Epstein again in 2017.

Epstein assistant Lesley Groff scheduled a “phone date” between Epstein and Plaskett.

In 2016, Groff wrote Plaskett that “Jeffrey has tried for you a few times on your cell but has been unsuccessful” and urged her to call him.

“Thanks. Spoke with him,” Plaskett responded five minutes later.

The newly released files showed Plaskett contacting Epstein to secure campaign donations in 2017 and 2018.

In September 2018, Plaskett texted Epstein, writing, “I know you’re tremendously busy. Thanks so much for taking time and sharing ideas and thoughts. I appreciate your support and hope I’m not presumptuous to consider you a friend,” according to the New York Post.

“Privileged to be called friend [sic],” he replied.

On May 13, 2019, Epstein wished Plaskett a happy birthday. She asked how he knew the date.

“You told me when you were in my office,” Epstein replied. She then reponed to him that, “You’re good.”

Epstein replied, “No I’m bad, but I’m thoughtful.”

The Washington Post reported last year that during a February 2019 hearing, Epstein texted Plaskett, writing “Great outfit”

“You look great,” he texted at 10:22 a.m. “Thanks!” she said in reply.

The Post said one minute after Plaskett was on TV making chewing motions, Epstein asked her, “Are you chewing[?]”

“Not any more,” she replied. “Chewing interior of my mouth. Bad habit from middle school”

One minute after Plaskett finished questioning former Trump attorney Michael Cohen at the hearing, Epstein wrote her, saying, “Good work.”

In November, the House held a vote on censuring Plaskett, but it failed.

 “No one who turns to a convicted predator for input on how to conduct official business, especially in a congressional hearing, should sit on the Intelligence Committee or any committee, for that matter. This is about restoring trust in an institution that desperately needs it,” Republican Rep. Ralph Norman of South Carolina said in introducing his motion to censure Plaskett, according to Newsweek.

After Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was photographed in Fulton County during the execution of a search warrant for 2020 election evidence, several members of Congress began to call into question DNI Gabbard’s authority to be involved.

Senator Mark Warner, vice chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, “sharply criticized” the presence of the DNI in Fulton County.  According to NBC News:

Warner said there were only two explanations for national intelligence director’s trip: either Gabbard believed the case had a link to foreign intelligence, and she failed to abide by her legal obligation to inform congressional committees about it, or she was tarnishing the nonpartisan reputation of the intelligence agencies with a “domestic political stunt designed to legitimize conspiracy theories that undermine our democracy.”

“Either scenario,” Warner added, “represents a serious breach of trust and a dereliction of duty to the solemn office which she holds.”

According to The Democracy Docket, David Becker, the founder of the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), told reporters last week:

“The Office of the Director of National Intelligence has no domestic responsibilities.  There is no reason for the director of national intelligence to be in any kind of voting site. She has neither the authority nor the competence to assess anything in that voting site. And so it’s incredibly troubling to see something like that.”

CEIR received over $65 million in “Zuckerbucks” during the 2020 election.  Becker is also the co-founder of the Electronic Registration and Information Center, a non-profit that has been tasked with maintaining voter rolls for more than a dozen states.

Developing: Deep State Targets DNI Tulsi Gabbard After Her Involvement in 2020 Fulton County Election Fraud Investigation

DNI Gabbard posted on Monday evening that, "Contrary to the blatantly false and slanderous accusations being made against me by Members of Congress and their friends in the propaganda media, the Office of Director of National Intelligence has and will continue to take action under my statutory authorities to secure our nation and ensure the integrity of our elections," followed by screen shots of a letter to Congress.

"My presence was requested by the President and executed under my broad statutory authority to coordinate, integrate, and analyze intelligence related to election security, including counterintelligence (CI), foreign and other malign influence and cybersecurity.  The FBI's intelligence/Counterintelligence divisions are one of the 18 elements that I oversee," Gabbard wrote.

"In twelve FBI Field Offices across the country, including the Atlanta Field Office, the senior FBI official (Assistant Director in Charge or Special Agent in Charge) is dual-hatted as my Domestic DNI-Representative.  The Domestic DNI-Rep program was established in 2011 through a Memorandum of Understanding between the ODNI and the FBI."

DNI Gabbard said that the ODNI's Office of General Counsel found her actions "to be consistent and well within my statutory authorities as the Director of National Intelligence."

The letter than provides answers to questions raised assumedly by Congress:

Election Security is a National Security Issue

In response, DNI Gabbard states that, "The President and his Administration are committed to safeguarding the integrity of U.S. elections to ensure that neither foreign nor domestic powers undermine the American people's right to determine who our elected leaders are."

"As I publicly highlighted on 10 April 2025, ODNI has been actively reviewing intelligence reporting and assessments on election integrity since I took office," Gabbard writes.  "As part of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center's responsibility to lead, manage, and coordinate counterintelligence matters related to elections security, NCSC personnel travelled with me to Fulton County to support this effort."  She mentions that they were not present for the execution of the warrant.

The Director of National Intelligence has Broad Authority to Coordinate, Integrate, and Analyze Intelligence Related to Election Security.

DNI Gabbard states that, "To preserve the integrity of our elections, we must understand whether there has been foreign or other malign interference in our elections" and whether vulnerabilities exist for possible future exploitation.

Citing Section 102A of the National Security Act of 1947, Gabbard claims she "robust authority to coordinate and integrate national intelligence," including having "access to all national intelligence (consistent with other law), as well as the authority to establish objectives, priorities, and guidance for the IC to ensure timely and effective collection, processing, analysis and dissemination of national intelligence."

Further, "Section 6508 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2020 provides for the designation of a National Counterintelligence Officer within the NCSC to lead, manage, and coordinate CI matters related to election security."

Gabbard also invokes Executive Order 13848, originally signed by President Trump in September 2018 and extended by Joe Biden in September 2022.  This Executive Order "tasked DNI with assessing foreign interference after every federal election."

ODNI Will Not Irresponsibly Share Incomplete Intelligence Assessments Concerning Foreign or Malign Interference in U.S. Elections

"As I publicly stated on 10 April 2025, there is information and intelligence reporting suggesting that electronic voting systems being used in the United States have long been vulnerable to exploitation that could result in enabling determined actors to manipulate the results of the votes being cast with the intent to change the outcome of an election," Gabbard wrote.

She wrote that, "Searching through intelligence holdings and conducting assessments with analytic rigor and excellence is an arduous and often time-consuming process," but ensures that the process makes a work product that is "independent of political considerations and based on all available sources."

Lastly, DNI Gabbard ends by citing Section 501(a)(2) of the National Security Act of 1947, specifically that the President does not need to obtain Congressional approval before initiating a significant intelligence activity and that Gabbard is not aware of the contents of the warrant or evidence of probable cause because the search warrant was issued "under seal."

The video shows the man being swarmed by boys and girls who beat on him, chase him to his pickup truck, throw things at him and scream vile insults.

One person in the mob was wearing a black shirt with the message, “Kill Your Local Pedophile.” Another, apparently a fellow teacher who tried intervene, was wearing a black shirt with the message, “Choose Kindness Always.”

Today students from Hays CISD campuses staged protests by walking out of classes and their respective school buildings. These protests were not condoned by the district, nor did the district enable the behavior. The district must recognize the right of students who did not protest to have disruption-free environments and protected classroom instruction time. Students who chose to participate in the walkouts did so on their own accord and classes continued for students who did not participate.

Skipping Class Not Allowed in Hays CISD

Leaving class without permission or skipping class is against the rules in Hays CISD. Additionally, the district has policies and procedures in place that govern when campuses can be used for non-school activities. Many of these rules were violated by those who chose to protest. Accordingly, students who left campus without permission during the school day will receive unexcused absences and face other potential, applicable disciplinary action.

Safety is Priority

In addition to protecting instruction time, safety is a paramount consideration for students while at school. Teachers and campus administrators who were not teaching class at the time of the protests did monitor the protestors while they were on campus in an effort to preserve order and security. It is the district’s understanding that local law enforcement officers assisted in monitoring protesting students who chose to march off of district property – also to make sure students remained safe.

Hays CISD Does Not Participate in Political Activity

As a governmental entity that serves tens of thousands of citizens with a vast array of political opinions and views; Hays CISD recognizes that the district belongs to everyone and consistently maintains neutrality in matters that are politically charged. The district does this because it is required by law, but also because it is the right thing to do. While individuals within the system retain a right to their own beliefs on their own time; as an entity, the district does not take a stand. It is important to note that the hardworking and professional campus and district staff and administrators in Hays CISD recognize this. They are tasked with many difficult things in their profession, including – from time to time – addressing student protests. These dedicated staff members are not politicians. They have no need for and don’t seek votes or campaign contributions; nor are they ever up for election.

Freedom of Expression

Though the district takes a strong stance on the integrity of the instructional day, it is not void of understanding the current climate in the country and can respect that some students may feel compelled to exercise their constitutional rights to free speech and expression. Sometimes, individuals feel so motivated to express their views that, upon weighing the potential consequences of breaking the rules, they are willing to accept the ramifications of their actions. In a precedent setting 1969 Supreme Court decision (Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District), the court recognized that students in public schools retain their First Amendment rights concluding, “It can hardly be argued that either students or teachers shed their constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression at the schoolhouse gate.”

The district hopes that all students, regardless of their positions on the issues or choices whether to participate in the protests, will use this as a learning opportunity to better understand their rights and freedoms, and the responsibilities that accompany them.

The Kyle Police Department said there were two arrests made during the protest, but not apparently involving the attack on the teacher:

This afternoon, we were made aware of student-led walkouts taking place at multiple Hays CISD campuses. Approximately 500 students made their way to the downtown area. Our officers were present on the scene to monitor traffic and pedestrian safety.
During the demonstration, officers observed a minor in possession of alcohol, resulting in the arrest of two juveniles.
One juvenile was charged with assault on a public servant, resisting arrest, interfering with public duties, consumption, and possession of alcohol by a minor. The other juvenile was charged with resisting arrest and interfering with public duties. Additional charges may be forthcoming.

We are aware of concerns that these arrests were related to the walkout activity; however, we would like to clarify that they are unrelated.

UPDATE: Statement by the Buda Police Department:

This afternoon at about 1:30pm, the Buda Police Department was notified by a Hays County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officer at Moe and Gene Johnson High School in Buda that students were conducting a “walk out” protest on RM967.

Law Enforcement personnel with the Buda Police Department, Hays County Sheriff’s Office, and Hays County Constable’s Office, PCT. 5 responded to the area in order to provide safety and security for pedestrians and motorists. Buda officers responded to traffic issues and minor vehicle accidents in the area.

Just before 3:00pm, Buda officers were dispatched to the intersection of RM967 and FM1626 for a fight in progress. Upon arrival, officers were notified that a female juvenile on the sidewalk and an adult male in a vehicle were engaged in a verbal argument. The argument escalated into a physical altercation involving multiple people. Both primary parties involved were identified and the situation remains under investigation. No arrests have been made at this time.

Buda Police were notified that students from Moe and Gene Johnson High School were holding a protest at RM 967.

Just before 3 p.m., police were called to the intersection of RM 967 and FM 1626 for reports of a fight.

…A video circulating on social media sent to KXAN showed the brawl; although it is unclear who started the fight.

A spokesperson from Hays Consolidated Independent School District told KXAN via email that the district was aware of the video, but because it happened off campus, police are handing the investigation into this incident.

Note: The man in the video has yet to be officially identified as a teacher. Brian Glenn, who said he was told the man is a teacher, has not reported otherwise since his initial reporting.

A federal judge on Monday evening blocked the Department of Homeland Security from ending the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 350,000 Haitians.

US District Judge Ana Reyes, a wicked Biden appointee, said DHS Chief Kristi Noem “does not have the law on her side” in a scathing opinion.

The TPS designation was set to expire on Tuesday. Judge Reyes blocked the DHS from ending the TPS designation at the eleventh hour.

Judge Reyes unleashed on Noem over an X post in which she called Haitians and other 3rd world migrants “killers leeches and entitled junkies.”

Judge Reyes unleashed on Nome and said the law is not on her side.

DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin suggested the Trump Administration may leapfrog the DC Circuit Court of Appeals and go straight to the Supreme Court.

President Donald Trump announced on Monday that the United States and India reached a trade agreement, which will lower the tariff rate on goods coming into the U.S. to 18 percent.

In exchange, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has agreed that his country will stop buying Russian oil and will make a $500 billion investment in various U.S. industries and products.

CNN reported that the 18 percent tariff is down from 50 percent, which had included a 25 percent reciprocal tariff that Trump put in place in August to encourage India to stop buying Russian oil.

“It was an Honor to speak with Prime Minister Modi, of India, this morning,” Trump posted Monday on Truth Social. “He is one of my greatest friends and, a Powerful and Respected Leader of his Country. We spoke about many things, including Trade, and ending the War with Russia and Ukraine. He agreed to stop buying Russian Oil, and to buy much more from the United States and, potentially, Venezuela.”

The president argued that taking oil revenue away from Moscow will help end the Russia-Ukraine war sooner.

Trump continued, “Out of friendship and respect for Prime Minister Modi and, as per his request, effective immediately, we agreed to a Trade Deal between the United States and India, whereby the United States will charge a reduced Reciprocal Tariff, lowering it from 25% to 18%.”

“They will likewise move forward to reduce their Tariffs and Non Tariff Barriers against the United States, to ZERO. The Prime Minister also committed to ‘BUY AMERICAN,’ at a much higher level, in addition to over $500 BILLION DOLLARS of U.S. Energy, Technology, Agricultural, Coal, and many other products,” the president wrote.

CNN reported that India has been the second largest purchaser of Russian oil behind China, with Turkey a distant third.

In December 2025, China purchased 47 percent of Russia’s oil exports compared to India’s 38 percent. Turkey and the European Union bought at 6 percent each, according to the Center for Research on Energy and Clean Air.

There is a trade imbalance between the U.S. and India: the U.S. imported $95.5 billion in goods from India and exported $42 billion to India in 2025 as of November, according to the Census Bureau.

CNN noted, “Among the top goods the US imported from India last year are computers and other electronics, such as phones, pharmaceuticals, apparel and chemicals. Jewelry prices in the United States have risen in recent months in part because of tariffs on India. Meanwhile, India’s top imports from the US were oil, gas, airplanes and airplane parts.”

Amy Hariani, an international trade lawyer and adviser on U.S.–India commercial relations, said in an e-mail to Politico regarding the agreement, “The tariff reduction from 25% to 18% matters, but the bigger story is that two major democracies worked through real differences and chose economic alignment in a complex geopolitical environment.”

She added, “Credit is due to President Trump and Prime Minister Modi for providing political direction, and to officials like [U.S. Trade Representative] Jamieson Greer and their teams who tirelessly saw this through.”

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna revealed that Senate leadership is moving toward nuking the so-called “Zombie Filibuster” and restoring an old-school standing filibuster to advance the SAVE America Act, legislation that requires proof of U.S. citizenship to vote.

According to Luna, John Thune signaled after a meeting with Donald Trump that the Senate is prepared to bring the SAVE Act to the floor without the modern, abuse-ridden 60-vote blockade.

Under a standing filibuster, senators who want to delay a bill must actually stand, speak, and debate. Once debate ends, only 50 votes are needed for passage.

That’s how the filibuster was supposed to work, before Washington elites turned it into a “zombie” rule that lets senators kill bills without even showing up.

Luna: Based on our discussion right now, we’re moving toward it. Also, we got assurances on the standing filibuster, which is highly important. I don’t know if you guys remember when I was talking about inherent content— a lot of people didn’t know what that was.

The standing filibuster is an old-school parliamentary procedure, but it’s a way to break through what we consider traditional norms to get voter ID passed. I think it’s brilliant that they came up with it, and that’s exactly why we’ve had these discussions and are very happy with the outcome. There should be a standing filibuster announced soon, and I would actually reach out to Senator Thune’s office to ask him about that, because they have different goals…

The SAVE America Act would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections — a position backed by overwhelming public support.

Despite that, Democrats have threatened to shut down the government rather than allow a vote.

Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer has openly warned he will force an “extended government shutdown” if the SAVE Act reaches the Senate floor.

“I have said it before and I’ll say it again, the SAVE Act would impose Jim Crow type laws to the entire country and is dead on arrival in the Senate. It is a poison pill that will kill any legislation that it is attached to. If House Republicans add the SAVE Act to the bipartisan appropriations package it will lead to another prolonged Trump government shutdown,” Schumer said.

Meanwhile, President Trump has urged Republicans to keep the government open while negotiations continue:

“We need to get the Government open, and I hope all Republicans and Democrats will join me in supporting this Bill, and send it to my desk WITHOUT DELAY,” Trump said.

“There can be NO CHANGES at this time… but we cannot have another long, pointless, and destructive Shutdown that will hurt our Country so badly.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson echoed confidence that Republicans will move the funding bill forward, saying, “We’ll get it done by tomorrow.”

As pressure mounts, 35 Members of Congress have formally demanded that Mitch McConnell stop blocking the SAVE Act from advancing out of the Senate Rules Committee.

Rep. Brandon Gill summed it up bluntly on X:

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche fired Ed Martin as Chief of the Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group, according to investigative reporter Paul Sperry.

Last May President Trump tapped Ed Martin to be the US Pardon Attorney after RINO Senator Tillis derailed his nomination for DC US Attorney. He was also named by Trump to serve as the Justice Department’s Director of the Weaponization Working Group.

On Monday it was reported that Ed Martin was removed from his role as Chief of Weaponization at the DOJ.

A DOJ spokesperson said Ed Martin is still at the Department as the Pardon Attorney.

DAG Blanche reportedly removed Ed Martin and ended the Weaponization Working Group on New Year’s Eve.

Last year it was reported by the liberal media that Todd Blanche was overseeing a probe into Ed Martin’s conduct related to the Adam Schiff mortgage fraud investigation.

President Trump on Monday slammed Grammys host Trevor Noah and doubled down on his threat to sue him for falsely accusing him of being a pedophile and partying with Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Clinton, and underage girls. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Noah attacked Trump on Sunday during the annual Grammy Award ceremony, saying that he hung out on Epstein Island with Bill Clinton.

President Trump responded on Sunday night, trashing the entire ceremony, which was heavily anti-ICE and anti-Trump, and threatening to sue the “poor, pathetic, talentless, dope of an M.C.,” Trevor Noah, for his comments about Trump on Epstein Island.

Trump on Monday confirmed his plans to sue Noah, calling him “terrible” and a “lightweight.” He said, “I thought he did a terrible job at the Grammys. I thought the whole Grammys was terrible,” slamming the Grammy award ceremony as “not watchable.”

“He was a lousy host. I’d say, not as bad as Jimmy Kimmel, but pretty close,” Trump added.

He further called out Bill Clinton and Bill Gates, who were deeply embedded in Epstein’s sex trafficking ring. Then, he noted that Epstein was working with “sleazebag” Michael Wolff, whom he also plans to sue for “conspiring with Epstein to do harm to me.” As The Gateway Pundit reported, Wolff, infamous for his error-riddled “Fire and Fury” book that painted a sensationalized and widely debunked portrait of Trump’s White House, encouraged convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein to blackmail then-presidential candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 election cycle, according to newly released emails.

“The Democrats are pushing it, and the problem is that it’s turning out to be the Democrats that were with and conspired with Epstein. So, I think you’re probably going to see a little pullback from them, but think of it, they were working together to try and help me lose the election. But this is the Oval Office, so I guess that didn’t work out too well,” Trump said.

You know, when Epstein was alive, like 10 years ago, nobody cared about him, but they’re only doing it, but now it’s really hitting back on them because Bill Clinton is such a big part of it. “Defense lawyer Petar Sekulic told The Associated Press that the arrest followed an alleged ‘incident’ involving another person on Sunday. He declined to give details, but said Høiby contests his detention and his legal team was considering an appeal as soon as he and the other person can provide statements to police.”

“’Oslo Police District can confirm that Marius Borg Høiby was arrested by the police on Sunday evening, charged with assault, threats with a knife and violation of a restraining order’, said Police Prosecutor Andreas Kruszewski of the Oslo Police District on Monday.

[…] It is the so-called Frogner woman who is offended in the new charges, NRK is informed. Now Høybi is imprisoned until March 2.

’The court believes there are reasonable grounds for suspicion for the three items in the charge. It is thus more likely that the accused is guilty than not guilty after the charge’, says the detention order from Oslo District Court. The court agrees with the police that they believe there is a risk of recurrence.”

As Hoiby’s trial starts tomorrow, police can’t hear those statements before this weekend.

Is she saying that it is wrong for tens-of-millions of foreigners to invade a place where people already lawfully reside and take it as their own?

Is it wrong to plunder a nation and rob its milk and honey, abuse its women and children, and fundamentally change its culture?

Surely Eilish believes that the residents of a nation have a right to protect themselves from any foreign masses which would like to plunder them and steal their land. After all, if they do not then those who were in North America and had their land “stolen” from them had no right to try to repel European settlers.

We are currently facing the threat of invading masses wishing to pillage and plunder our people. We have the right, and obligation, to protect ourselves and defend our borders so that no one can come and steal our land from us.

These woke celebrities are not smart enough to see that their own platitudes inadvertently make the case for immigration enforcement. Prior to the arrival of Europeans, the North American continent had seen immense bloodshed. Tribes raped, pillaged, and plundered other tribes. Land was taken and people were conquered. This happened for millennia in every corner of the globe. There is no reason to allow ourselves to be subject to the same fate, certainly not without a fight.

The House Oversight Committee last month voted to hold the Clintons in contempt for defying congressional subpoenas in its Epstein probe.

Nine Democrats joined the Republicans and voted 38-4 to recommend holding Bill Clinton in contempt.

Three Democrats joined the Republicans and voted 28-15-1 to hold Hillary Clinton in contempt.

The House of Representatives was set to hold a contempt vote this week and as the Clintons requested special treatment.

The Clintons requested:

1) The Committee must conduct a transcribed interview with Bill Clinton in lieu of a deposition.

2) The Committee must agree to a four-hour time limit for Bill Clinton’s testimony.

3) Bill Clinton must be the one who designate a transcriber to create an opposing transcript.

4) The Committee must agree to a limitation to the scope of Bill Clinton’s testimony.

“After defying lawful subpoenas, Bill and Hillary Clinton are trying to dodge contempt by requesting special treatment,” the Oversight Committee said.

Chairman Comer promptly shut it down.

The Clintons are in contempt of Congress. Their attorneys’ latest letter makes clear they still expect special treatment because of their last name.

The United Nations is facing an “imminent financial collapse” as member states refuse to cough up billions of dollars in mandatory contributions.

The financial woes were laid out in an emergency letter from Secretary-General António Guterres sent to all 193 member countries.

Guterres said the organisation’s financial crisis is worsening rapidly, threatening the delivery of core programmes and potentially leaving the U.N. bankrupt by July.

He urged member states to either pay what they owe in full or agree to sweeping changes to the UN’s financial rules to avoid collapse.

“Either all member states honour their obligations to pay in full and on time—or member states must fundamentally overhaul our financial rules to prevent an imminent financial collapse,” he wrote.

The warning comes as the United States, the U.N.’s largest contributor, has refused to fund the organisation’s regular and peacekeeping budgets and has withdrawn from multiple UN agencies.

The Trump administration has repeatedly criticised the U.N. for wasting taxpayer dollars, appeasing criminal regimes and infringing on the sovereignty of the U.S. and other member nations.

The Case for US Withdrawing from the UN

Several other member states are also in arrears or have declined to pay their assessed contributions.

According to Guterres, only 77 per cent of mandatory payments were received in 2025, leaving a record shortfall.

The UN’s financial strain has been compounded by internal rules requiring it to refund unspent funds, even when the money was never collected in the first place.

As a result, the organisation has been forced to return hundreds of millions of dollars it does not have, including $227 million refunded this month alone.

Signs warning of the crisis have reportedly been posted throughout U.N. offices in Geneva, where cost-cutting measures now include reduced heating and frequently shut-down escalators.

The cash shortage is already affecting operations, with U.N. agencies announcing widespread cuts that have led to the removal of funding in many of the world’s poorest countries.

The Trump administration has said international institutions must “adapt or die”, pledging limited humanitarian funding while cutting broader UN support.

Other major donors, including Britain and Germany, have also reduced foreign aid payments over the past year.

Ed Martin is no longer in charge of the Justice Department’s ‘Weaponization Group’ according to MSNOW, Washington Post and NBC News.

CNN separately reported that Ed Martin will leave the Justice Department in coming weeks.

Last May President Trump tapped Ed Martin to be the US Pardon Attorney after RINO Senator Tillis derailed his nomination for DC US Attorney. He was also named by Trump to serve as the Justice Department’s Director of the Weaponization Working Group.

Jeanine Pirro is currently US Attorney for DC.

Ed Martin was also involved in the mortgage fraud investigation into Democrat Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Schiff has not been charged.

Letitia James was indicted for mortgage and bank fraud in connection with a Virginia property, but a Clinton judge dismissed the case.

On Monday it was reported that Ed Martin was removed from his role as Chief of Weaponization at the DOJ.

A DOJ spokesperson said Ed Martin is still at the Department as the Pardon Attorney.

President Trump on Monday called on the House of Representatives to pass the Senate-passed funding deal without any changes, despite the lack of funding for the Department of Homeland Security and ICE. 

This comes as House Republicans seek changes to the bill. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has threatened not to vote for the bill unless the SAVE Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote in elections, is not attached to the bill.

Still, Mike Johnson has said that he is confident that “we’ll get it done by tomorrow.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Senate last week voted 71-29 to pass a revised $1.2 trillion funding package that will partially fund the government until September 30.

However, the Senate’s bill only funds the Department of Homeland Security for two weeks.

If passed in the House, the Democrats and President Trump will have two weeks to negotiate the Homeland Security appropriations bill.

Democrats are attempting to defund the Department of Homeland Security to stop ICE from deporting illegal aliens.

But President Trump called for the House to pass the bill “IMMEDIATELY” to reopen the government amid the partial shutdown.

“We need to get the Government open, and I hope all Republicans and Democrats will join me in supporting this Bill, and send it to my desk WITHOUT DELAY,” Trump said.

“There can be NO CHANGES at this time. We will work together in good faith to address the issues that have been raised, but we cannot have another long, pointless, and destructive Shutdown that will hurt our Country so badly — One that will not benefit Republicans or Democrats. I hope everyone will vote, YES!”

During the first year of the Trump administration, from January 20 – December 31, 2025, DHS officials reported 275 assaults as compared to the 19 reported assaults during the same period in 2024. This is a horrific 1,347% increase in assaults against ICE officers.

From January 21, 2025 – January 7, 2026, ICE law enforcement officers experienced 66 vehicular attacks against them, compared to only 2 during the same time period the previous year. This is a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks.

Comedian Ricky Gervais, who has hosted the Golden Globes multiple times, slammed Sunday’s Grammy winners for their overly political speeches, noting they’re “still not listening.”

Gervais posted an image of a quote from his most recent hosting gig in 2020, when he roasted woke-Hollywood.

“If you do win an award tonight, don’t use it as a platform to make a political speech,” Gervais said at the time.”You’re in no position to lecture the public about anything.

“You know nothing about the real world. Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg.”

He added to his prior remarks, noting,  “They’re still not listening.”

During the Grammys, winners took the time to virtue-signal their wokeness.

Singer Kehlani, who won a Grammy for Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance for her hit song ‘Folded,’ said, “I hope everybody’s inspired to join together as a community of artists and speak out against what’s going on.”

She added, “I’m gonna leave this and say, F*ck ICE!” as the audience full of leftists cheered.

Billie Eilish, who won for “Song of the Year,” said during her speech, “No one is illegal on stolen land.”

“We need to keep fighting and speaking up,” she added. “Our voices do matter.”

Before concluding with, “F**k ICE.”

Puerto Rican musician Bad Bunny declared, “ICE Out,” while accepting the Album of the Year Grammy award for Debí Tirar Más Fotos.

This reportedly marked the first time a Spanish-language album has won Album of the Year, which should come as no surprise, as Hollywood and the left try to force Americans to accept the replacement of our American demographics and culture.

And when he took the stage to give his acceptance speech, he snubbed the official language of the United States, delivering a speech in only Spanish.

Trevor Noah, who hosted this year’s Grammys, targeted Nicki Minaj for her support of President Trump during his opening remarks.

Noah took a swipe at the iconic rapper, saying that Minaj was absent because she was “still at the White House with Donald Trump discussing very important issues.”

“Nicki Minaj is not here. She is not here,” Noah said.
