Angesichts dessen, dass der klassische Sexualkundeunterricht an den Schulen oftmals nur noch zu einer Genderwahn-Porno-Propagandashow mutiert, greift die italienische Regierung nun durch. Ohne ausdrückliche Erlaubnis der Eltern dürfen Kinder daran nicht mehr teilnehmen. Es gibt noch weitere Einschränkungen.

Die italienische Rechtsregierung stellt den Schutz der Kinder vor woker Gender-Indoktrination an oberste Stelle. Ein neu verabschiedetes Gesetz sieht nicht nur ein generelles Verbot des Sexualkundeunterrichts in Kindergärten und Grundschulen vor, sondern legt auch die ausdrückliche Zustimmung der Eltern von Schülern zur Teilnahme fest, wenn eine Schule so einen Unterricht anbietet. Damit will die von Giorgia Meloni geführte Koalition das seelische Wohl der Minderjährigen besser schützen.

Zwar gibt es in Italien – im Unterschied zu vielen anderen europäischen Ländern – keinen Sexualkundeunterricht als fixen Bestandteil des Curriculums, dennoch können italienische Schulen dies gesondert anbieten. Im Gegensatz zum klassischen Unterricht über die Funktion der Sexualorgane und die allgemeine Aufklärung, wie es früher der Fall war, werden solche Unterrichtsstunden mittlerweile immer öfter zu Trans-Propaganda-Veranstaltungen, in denen den Kindern und Jugendlichen der Umgang mit Dildos, Analsexpraktiken und dergleichen vermittelt wird. Während die italienische Regierung dieses Gesetz vor allem mit einer stärkeren Einbindung der Familien und dem Schutz der Kinder vor Gender-Propaganda begründet, kommt erwartungsgemäß Kritik von der linken Opposition. Man würde die Kinder „aus ideologischen Gründen“ mit ihren Fragen zur Sexualität alleine lassen. Doch schlussendlich ist man seitens der Linken nur unglücklich darüber, dass man die links-woke Trans-Agenda nicht mehr so einfach in die Schulen tragen kann.

Former Cuban leader Raúl Castro made his first public appearance Friday since the Trump administration charged him with murder over the 1996 shoot-down of planes operated by a Cuban exile group.

Castro appeared on state television during an Interior Ministry celebration in Havana, according to Reuters.

The appearance came weeks after the Department of Justice unsealed an indictment accusing Castro of playing a role in the downing of two aircraft operated by the Miami-based exile organization Brothers to the Rescue nearly 30 years ago.

Castro was charged with conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals, destruction of aircraft and four counts of murder.

Castro, who turned 95 on Wednesday, was last seen publicly during May Day celebrations in Havana, days before the indictment was unsealed.

Prior to his May Day appearance, Castro had remained out of public view for months, appearing only at a public ceremony in Cuba's capital in January honoring 32 Cuban soldiers killed during the U.S. military operation that led to the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.

The indictment centers on a February 1996 incident in which Cuban military aircraft allegedly shot down two unarmed civilian planes operated by Brothers to the Rescue, killing four men: Carlos Costa, Armando Alejandre Jr., Mario de la Peña and Pablo Morales.

Prosecutors allege the aircraft were flying outside Cuban territory when they were destroyed.

The indictment came amid rising tensions in the Caribbean and a series of comments from Trump and his surrogates hinting at possible regime change in the island nation.

President Donald Trump previously praised the indictment, saying Cuban Americans whose families suffered under the communist regime had waited decades for accountability.

"We have big news on Cuba, as you know, with the indictment of Castro," Trump said. "A lot of people have suffered very big, very, very, at levels that few people would understand."

Trump also suggested tensions with Cuba would not escalate following the indictment.

"There won’t be escalation," he said. "We won’t have to."

Still, the decision to indict Castro fueled comparisons to the pressure campaign Trump previously used against Maduro.

"At the very least, it means symbolically that he is now set up just as Nicolás Maduro was," Christine Balling, a Cuba expert at the Institute of World Politics and former advisor to U.S. Special Operations Command South, previously told Fox News Digital.

The U.S. indicted Maduro on narco-terrorism charges while tightening sanctions on Venezuela's oil sector, backing opposition efforts to remove him from power and increasing military operations in the Caribbean.

"I don't think that we are necessarily going to conduct the same operation," Balling said. "Raúl Castro is 94 years old. It might not be worth the trouble."

Still, Balling argued that the indictment sent "a very straightforward message that we are 100% behind the fall of the Castro regime."

The United States, along with the other countries that make up the Shield of the Americas, condemned the "ongoing efforts" in Bolivia to "overthrow the legitimately and overwhelmingly elected" government of President Rodrigo Paz on Friday.

"The member countries of Shield of the Americas denounce ongoing efforts to overthrow the legitimately and overwhelmingly elected government of President Rodrigo Paz in Bolivia," the statement read. "We stand with Paz’s democratic government as it fights back against attempts to drag Bolivia backwards through cynical efforts to prevent the delivery of food, medicine and other vital supplies to the Bolivian people through fake road blockades."

The statement added that "Mob rule cannot replace the decision that a majority of Bolivians made at the ballot box to turn the page on two decades of corrupt governments."

It also said that anyone who is funding protests with "dirty money" from drug trafficking and transnational crime "should be held accountable. Those who have legitimate grievances should take advantage of the government’s willingness to dialogue, and denounce those who would abuse their causes to regain power."

Meanwhile, former President Evo Morales of the Movement for Socialism (MAS) party, the country's first Indigenous president who ruled for an unprecedented 14 years, is calling for early elections. "Paz only has two paths left: a suicidal decision like militarization or ... an election in the next 90 days," he wrote on X.

For almost two years now, Morales has been hiding out in Bolivia's central coca-growing Chapare region, evading an arrest warrant on human trafficking charges relating to allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl. He rejects the allegations as politically motivated.

On Thursday, War Secretary Pete Hegseth said in a post on X, that the War Department and the Americas Counter Cartel Coalition (A3C), a recently established multinational military and political alliance, reject all attempts to overthrow the government of Rodrigo Paz Pereira six months into his term.

"The United States is watching. Bolivia must not allow itself to fall prey to the old status quo of narco-terrorist dominance in the region," Hegseth wrote. "We will continue to support our A3C partners like Bolivia to ensure that narco-terrorists are deterred from profiting on death and destruction in our hemisphere."

Möglicherweise haben Sie haben noch nie von dem Begriff „RCP 8.5“ gehört – dem Szenario mit den höchsten Emissionen, das Klimaforscher Klimaaktivisten zur Prognose der zukünftigen Entwicklung unseres Planeten verwenden. Wenn Sie sich aber mit dem Klimawandel auseinandergesetzt haben, kennen Sie die Zahlen und die damit verbundenen alptraumhaften Folgen: 4 °C Erwärmung bis 2100, mitunter sogar 5 °C, ein Anstieg des Meeresspiegels um mehrere Meter und Teile der Erde, die für Menschen zu heiß werden.

Diese Zahlen prägten anderthalb Jahrzehnte Klimajournalismus, darunter auch  meine eigene  Berichterstattung über den Klimawandel beim Time Magazine. Mir war nicht immer bewusst – und ich habe es auch nicht immer kommuniziert –, dass das Szenario hinter den apokalyptischsten und aufsehenerregendsten Ergebnissen größtenteils der Versuch war, sich vorzustellen, wie schlimm es werden könnte, und keine realistische Prognose. Aber ich war nicht allein. Das RCP-8.5-Szenario war im Klimajournalismus allgegenwärtig.

Im vergangenen Monat haben die Wissenschaftler, die dieses Szenario entwickelt hatten, es jedoch offiziell verworfen. In einer in der  Fachzeitschrift „Geoscientific Model Development“ veröffentlichten Studie strichen Detlef van Vuuren und über 40 Koautoren RCP 8.5 aus den Szenarien, die in den  Siebten Sachstandsbericht des Weltklimarats (IPCC) einfließen werden , der 2029 erwartet wird. Angesichts sinkender Kosten für saubere Energie, der Klimapolitik und der jüngsten Emissionsentwicklungen sei der Pfad mit den höchsten Emissionen, so die Wissenschaftler, „unplausibel“ geworden.

In an open letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposed meeting to reach a resolution to the years-long war between their two nations.

"We see that the United States is fully focused on the issue of Iran, and it would be wrong to simply wait until the war in Europe returns to the center of its attention. Ukraine proposes ending this war through direct engagement between us — and you. I am proposing a meeting," Zelenskyy said in the letter.

"There are countries that have traditionally hosted leaders to resolve issues of war and peace. Switzerland, Türkiye, the countries of the Arab world — many are able and willing to host such a meeting. It is leaders who resolve the key issues. That has always been the case, and it always will be," he asserted.

Zelenskyy suggested that Europe and the U.S. should also be involved in the peace process.

"Since the war is taking place in Europe, and since Ukraine needs security guarantees, while you also seek security guarantees for yourself, it would be logical to involve those who can genuinely serve as guarantors. We believe Europe should be part of this process — those who truly have the capacity to influence the situation. We also believe that the United States must be part of the process. This is what could help shape a new security architecture for our part of the world," he said.

He indicated that Ukraine would agree to a ceasefire during the proposed negotiations.

An attempt to establish real silence is the best way to begin talking to one another. We believe it would not simply be an attempt, but a real ceasefire — if that is what you want," he noted.

He also suggested a prisoner swap between the two nations, noting, "Ukraine is ready for an all-for-all exchange of prisoners of war, and this could become a good prologue to ending the war. Serious steps must be taken to return civilians and children who were taken away during the war."

"If you do not personally come to the conclusion that it is time to end this war, Ukraine will continue fighting for its existence. We will have those who support us. In den USA flossen mehrere Millionen Dollar von einer linken „Bürgerrechtsorganisation“ an den Ku-Klux-Klan und auch an andere Neonazigruppen. Ziel war es offensichtlich, die rassistische Organisation weiter wachsen zu lassen, um daraus politisches Kapital zu schlagen. Aussteigewillige wurden sogar dafür bezahlt, weiter Mitglied zu bleiben.

Wie Report24 bereits im April berichtete, wurde gegen die linke „Bürgerrechtsorganisation“ Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) wegen Betrugs, Geldwäsche und systematischer Täuschung von Spendern ermittelt und Anklage erhoben. Nun wurde laut der New York Post im US-Bundesstaat Alabama eine ergänzende Anklageschrift eingereicht. Darin werden die Fälle mehrerer Informanten aus dem Ku-Klux-Klan (KKK) geschildert, die mit Geldern bezahlt wurden, welche das SPLC von Spendern unter dem Vorwand eingesammelt hatte, „Hass und Ungerechtigkeit aufzudecken“ sowie um „Diskriminierung zu bekämpfen“.

Zwei Klan-Mitglieder, die in der Anklageschrift lediglich als F-31 und F-32 bezeichnet werden, wandten sich demnach im Jahr 2010 aus Angst um ihre Sicherheit an das SPLC und wollten den Ku-Klux-Klan verlassen. Anstatt ihnen beim Ausstieg zu helfen, sollen sie laut Staatsanwaltschaft über eine Scheinfirma namens „Rare Books Warehouse“ monatlich 1.200 Dollar plus Spesen erhalten haben, damit sie im Klan blieben. Doch das ist noch nicht alles: So wurde ein Teil des Geldes laut der Anklage dazu verwendet, neue Mitglieder für die rassistische Organisation anzuwerben und die berüchtigten weißen Klan-Kapuzengewänder herzustellen.

Mehr noch wurden von der SPLC auch sämtliche Kosten für die Kreuzverbrennungsveranstaltungen erstattet – Holz und Brennstoff inklusive. Hinzu kommen Gelder zur Begleichung von Kosten für Versammlungen, die Gründung neuer Ortsgruppen, die Veröffentlichung rassistischer Propagandamaterialien sowie anderer extremistischer Literatur. Dies alles soll bereits seit den 1980er-Jahren dazu gedient haben, solche Gruppen zu infiltrieren. Nach Angaben der Bundesbehörden nutzte die Organisation dabei gezielt fiktive Unternehmen, um vor ihren Spendern zu verschleiern, dass zwischen 2014 und 2023 insgesamt 4,1 Millionen Dollar an sogenannte „Feldquellen“ gezahlt wurden.

Darunter befinden sich auch ein „Imperial Wizard“ des KKK, sowie ein Leiter einer Chatgruppe, die die rechte Demonstration „Unite the Right“ im Jahr 2017 in Charlottesville im US-Bundesstaat Virginia geleitet hatte. Eine weitere Quelle – die sich angeblich in einer romantischen Beziehung mit einem SPLC-Mitarbeiter befand – erhielt 1,2 Millionen Dollar für Aktivitäten, darunter den Diebstahl von 25 Kisten mit Dokumenten der neonazistischen Organisation National Alliance. Im selben Zeitraum, in dem die Informanten mit gewaschenem Geld bezahlt worden sein sollen, stiegen die Einnahmen des SPLC laut Staatsanwaltschaft um 233 Prozent – von 38,7 Millionen Dollar im Jahr 2010 auf 129,1 Millionen Dollar im Jahr 2023. Auch das Nettovermögen der Organisation wuchs in diesem Zeitraum erheblich: von mehr als 238 Millionen Dollar im Jahr 2010 auf über 786 Millionen Dollar im Jahr 2023.

Zwar behaupten die Anwälte, die gesammelten Informationen durch diese Informanten hätten auch zu Verurteilungen von „gewalttätigen Extremisten“ geführt – doch eigentlich ist es die Aufgabe der Strafverfolgungsbehörden, solche Informanten zu gewinnen oder Undercover-Polizisten zu platzieren. Mehr noch hat die finanzielle Unterstützung den Ku-Klux-Klan auch noch stärker gemacht, anstatt ihn zu schwächen. Und das alles nur, um noch mehr Spendengelder im „Kampf gegen rechts“ zu kassieren und diesen in der Öffentlichkeit rechtfertigen zu können.
